Farideh Payehdar is the owner, operator and manager of Future Scholars Group Childcare Inc. She has been in the childcare industry for over a decade and a mother for even longer. Her two sons are well established in the community and are university alumni. She acquired both her ECE and ITE certificates from VCC, in both cases excelling in the program and being one of the top students in her class. We believe that every child is an individual with unique abilities, desires and emotions. Our program is designed to meet the individual needs of each child and to provide them with enriching experiences. In our infant/toddler program, we recognize that, through love and understanding, your children will feel the warmth and security that fosters self-confidence and inner-happiness. Our purpose is to provide an atmosphere wherein children can grow and develop at their own pace through our program, feel proud of their many accomplishments and, through exploration, discover the wonderful world of play. Our primary goal is to provide each infant and toddler with the best of care in a clean and nurturing environment. Our highly qualified, carefully selected and professional staff will guide and encourage your child in every stage of his or her development. We recognize that each child has unique abilities and, through a close relationship between child and teacher, we work together to develop social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth, as well as cognitive development.
