I found Concrete Art-FX to be very professional and efficient in solving our poorly poured concrete problem. We were considering tearing out the new concrete that another contractor poured after we had radiant heat installed in the basement. Then we found Concrete Art-FX. They recommended to pour a 1/2" self-leveling cement and polishing it and we were offered to add aggregate or coloured recycled glass as an option for which we chose coloured glass. To make a long story short, the floor turned out beyond our expectation. We loved it! The crew was courteous and respectful and I would recommend Concrete Art-FX for resurfacing polishing concrete.

A+ Concrete Art FX was awesome!!.
We had only 1 weekend to close down our retail shop to get our floors diamond ground and polished so we could open our doors for business on Monday, and these guys worked tirelessly to complete the project and did a beautiful job in doing so.
If you searching for a professional, reliable polished concrete company then you should talk to the guys at Concrete Art-FX

I honest can say the guys from Concrete Art FX, were great. From start to finish they hardly took breaks and did a wonderful job of polishing my old concrete floors.

I have recently designed a new Vet Clinic, and had contracted Concrete Art-fx to deign a multi colour waiting area and reception, and the rest of the floor area I had specified metallic epoxy finish. I can't say enough, Concrete Art-FX guys were amazing. It took 5 days to complete the work from start to finish and the final result turned out honestly as good or better than I expected. Highly recommend. I will post pics at my website

My company had contracted Concrete Art-FX to grind down and resurface 16 townhouse staircases and landings in a 1 year old condo townhouses complex on Victoria Park in Scarborough, for us due to the poor forming and varies faults that needed to be repaired, as result of the poor workmanship of the previous concrete contractor that formed and poured the staircases.
It took Concrete art-fx 3.5 weeks to complete the projects as rain kept hampering the progress but we were promised 3 to 3.5 weeks and it was done. There were a few minor defects that we found but they were immediately corrected to our satifaction.
The resurfacing work turned as good as it was promised by the owner of the Concrete Art-fx and they helped us pass the city inspection which we required.
We have now awarded Concrete Art-fx the lower 16 units to resurface so as to match the decorative appeal of the already repaired and resurfaced staircaces. We look forward to working with Concrete art-fx in the future.

After I had signed a work order and paid Concrete art-FX initial deposit for staining and epoxying my loft concrete floors, I stumbled into this website by accident and read a couple not so impressive reviews and was worried that I hired the wrong company for the job. I was assured that the work would be done prior to my move in date and to my satisfaction by Concrete Art-FX since I did not have time to find someone else and could not get my deposit back I took a chance.
The fear was all unwarranted. The crew were very curtious and work was completed on time and my floors looked the beautiful white floor with mirror like finish from the epoxy sealer. The crew cleaned up after themselves and overall I can honestly say it was a great experience.

I engage this company to do a very straight forward job of applying an acid stain concrete + 2 coats of urethane on an office space of 600 sqf. I was very clear about our walls and ceiling being already finished. Nonetheless, the company didn't cover properly the walls and decided to grind without water without our knowledge (dust everywhere that was impossible to take off). The worst was that at the end, they didn't clean properly the surface, therefore the stain and sealer was poured over dusty areas. It's already being not more than 1 week and it already started to peel off. There were imperfections all around, uneven areas and brush marks all over the place.
At the end, the owner from this questionable company, decided not to show up and not to be responsible for any of his faulty job. Worst experience ever... Stay away!.

I don't know about the brush marks, but the pics of the floor look good. Don't know what happen there but my experience with Concrete Art FX has been good.

Looks to me that you are pointing out places in your pics around the wall where there seems to have been adhesive tape placed. Is that you who put it there or the contractor? Because if it was you, I as an installer would also not fix your errors for free! If the contractor did it, then I can understand why you are upset. But it looks to me you taped something down on the floor and peeled up bits off the floor which what will happen if you put adhese on stained and sealed concrete.

We recently hired Concrete Art-FX to grind and polish our new 8600 square foot section for our carpet showroom at 31 Jevlin Dr. Woodbridge. We must admit the floor appearance exceeded our expectation. In our other location we had similar work by another contractor but the floor here turned out outstanding!

Really ?? A company review by the same company?.
Just think how bad these guys are that they need to write their own reviews.
My advise... look elsewhere. I was recently tricked by these guys. They did an awful stain job and didn't respond to the fact that the stain was peeling off.
