I was a neighbour and did that renovation!
Some of the things take place but not so horrible like it was describe and done by demolition contractor!
Electricians was guilty because they got advertising on my house!
In one year after reno I sold my house with a huge profit and mostly because of lighting solutions and great power distribution designed by OUR ERA!

Since this company started renovated the home next to me we have had leftover food thrown in our yard, workers peeing in the alley between our homes and lit cigarette butts tossed in our yard. When approached regarding these issues the crew chief denied all allegations and lied right to my face saying none of his crew members even smoke, despite me watching one of his members smoke daily. In all honesty I cannot vouch for their construction skills but they clearly have no concern for character or respect in their employment of crew members.
