Verified by EmailI was in an accident in Oshawa and when Rick came to help me, he explained how the local police where and how the would try to push me to use the police tow truck, and to my surprise Rick was right the officer was VERY Rude to me and said I had No Choise but to use the Police tow truck, which to mention the tow truck driver had very little manners aswell !!! so I told both the officer and tow truck driver they Do Not Pay for my insurance so I will use whom ever I want PERIOD.
So Rick took myself and grandson to my dealer and even offered to drive us home, but my dealer said no need because they would get me a car to use till mine was fixed.
Thanks again Rick Top Notch Service, will call you again !!!
