Our dog can't wait to get rid of us when we go to drop him off. He loves playing with his buddies there, and is happy when we pick him up. I found the best way to get ahold of them is through text message. Their website is quite informative. The staff is less than charismatic towards humans but I believe they are good to the dogs, so that's good enough for us.
I echo the sentiments of the other reviewer. After not getting a response to my first inquiry I tried again. I received curt unsigned email responses that never quite provided requested information. Then, when I passed by to leave the dog for daycare, the person seemed offended that I did not know all their rules. I tried to explain that I had trouble getting information and that perhaps she might show me around anyhow, before I left my dog in their care. An unapologetic no was the only response.
I left (with my dog). I was angry with the terrible service but also relieved. The place is filthy. The first smell that greets you is urine and feces, and the general state of the place a shambles. Love of dogs is not their starting place.
I recommend against this business in the strongest way.

Probably the best large breed social kennel in Regina. Only 3 stars because cannot compare to other social kennels visited elsewhere/outside province. Skeleton staff seem competent but diffident, which is good for dogs but not great for their people. Although the indoor play space is great, the outward appearance and reception areas need improvement, as does customer service...
My dog goes to daycare at The Playground when we don't have time to exercise her in the evening. It is perfect because it is on my husband's way to work. My dog can hardly sit still long enough to remove the leash before she dashes throught the gate to greet her buddies. When we pick her up she is so tired that she staggers to the truck and is asleep before we are off the yard
