Do not order online through Inspired Home Decor, you get no customer service from them! I have been attempting many times to order a coffee table through them, however, I was trying to figure out what the delivery charge would be to ship to Manitoba. It took them one week to respond asking for my postal code (not sure why they needed my postal code when I had told them I was from Winnipeg, Manitoba). I responded right away and never heard back from them. In the meantime I continuously sent emails asking for an update and still no response. A couple months later, I sent another email and still nothing. I finally called them (which there voice mail said if it's an on-line ordering inquiry, email them). I went ahead and left a message anyway, hoping that the owner would help me out, but still nothing.. The only reason I wasted my time was because I wasn't able to find any other coffee tables that I liked. Oh I did get an email acknowledging "you were attempting to order on-line, if you have any questions, feel free to email the help desk" REALLY??? only when it's a click of the button, they want your sale? But if you need them to look into something, it's not worth the sale I guess. I hope customer service is better in the store directly!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a bedroom set from this great store !. The store is very pleasant and inviting, it holds many trendy and modern pieces to choose from . Great prices for amazing quality .. Definitely worth going into . I recommend anyone who goes to Caledonia Ontario make this your first stop.. You won't need to go anywhere else. Its got everything you need to infuse your home with style !!!
