Tell you item on back order after one month visa will not help recoup your lose!!!

Dont bother they are in business to fraud. They have not intention of shiping the products. They will give you the run around if you threathen to cancel the order. Then if you get cancellation they will create an invoice for cancellation fee and send it to collection agency. Dont purchase from them, try Pink Cherry instead, MUCH BETTER SERVICE.

7 months after ordering and several exchanges with their support team, and NOTHING. They essentially stole our money.

If you order from AS you have to be mentally challenged or enjoy letting someone steal your money. I'm shocked they are still in business.

But you know what, I'll give them one last chance. Ship the product, heck ship me a bunch of vibrators, ANY vibrators, for the total we spent and I'll delete this review.

I had ordered from www.adultsensations.ca because they had some products that nobody else had and I had a good experience. I received my tracking number quickly and it was packaged very discretely which was very important to me. I had ordered from another big Canadian adult site before and it did not come discrete at all. Will definitely order again!

Online order still isn't processed over 3 weeks after ordering. All items were showing in stock so unsure what the problem is. Customer service is absolutley horrible. Asked for my order to be cancelled, all I was offered was a site credit even though my stuff still hasn't shipped. Will I ever get what I ordered? Unlikely. Safe yourself the money and hassle and stay away from this place!

I made a mistake. I ordered from this company without doing a little research first. My experience is very much similar to what others are reporting. Their order system showed the item(s) in stock...but they were not. Their support desk responded that "some of their stock levels are not appearing properly"...well I ordered multiple items and I guess I just hit upon one or two of those items with the bad stock levels. I see from other posts that they have been giving this same excuse now for years. Maybe it would be a good idea to fix the problem? They took my money up front though..the whole amount..immediately...and now I wait...and wait...and wait. There were no emails to the effect that the items were out of stock...or an expected "in stock" date...or anything that might reassure me that the item will ever be shipped.....at least not until I got tired of waiting and contacted their Support Desk. Oh...and that business they have about shipping the part of your order that is in stock...no dice. I asked about that, since I ordered multiple items...no they won't do that unless the item cost is high enough to justify the cost of shipping. I didn't see that mentionned anywhere in their shipping information. Hmmm...I thought the item cost was pretty high..I guess they hold all the cards once they have your cash. I ordered over three weeks ago and I am starting to believe I will not see the items in any sort of reasonable time frame, if at all. To be fair, I contacted their support desk a few times...and they did respond..sometimes even quickly. They gave me the line about "we have been in business 9 years..." but honestly, I have been purchasing online for as long or longer than they have been in business and I have never run into a situation like this. I will cancel the order in another week, if there is no movement on this. They indicate that order cancellations will be charged a 15% "restocking fee"...for what? How can you "restock" that which you do not have? I am sure they will try...but that's ok...I have options...the credit card company, the BBB and the RCMP. I don't like being mislead...but I am fair...I will update this post to let you know how this ends.
Update: I had not heard from this company after a month so I emailed them to cancel my order. Within 2 hours, they contacted me to say they had shipped my order! I was skeptical, but sure enough in a week or so the order arrived, intact with no issues. Go figure. They need to fix a few things if they want to be in business another 9 years. They should (if they are smart) take their customers feedback seriously and make changes to fix what is broken with their company.

terrible terrible, terrible service. Do not waste your time or money ordering from them... They have aweful reviews and several complaints with the BBB. They have poor customer service and do not respond to voicemails left on their answering machine. Will not fulfill your order and do not refund when requested. They have a disclaimer on their website indicating that they do not respond to angry or irate callers. WOW, your service must be real garbage if you have to put such a disclaimer on your website.

I placed my order and it took over a week for them to process it. I sent an e-mail to their support and they mentioned one of my items was out of stock and that their stock system for listing in and out of stock items on the site wasn't working. So I got the item switched. It took another 3 days of processing before they shipped however.
There are a lot of reviews of this business being a scam, but overall they were fairly helpful in their support, I just think they should work on getting their processing times much better. I don't blame those calling them a scam considering >48hrs processing time for online orders is usually fairly suspicious if you're an avid online shopper.
Overall though, the box was well packaged, I got all my items in good condition, and their support was really helpful. People just need to remember not to yell at their support if their order is taking a little longer than usual.
