We shopped for a Hot Tubs for a month. This place has the best prices for a hot tub with the most features. Yes we had to shop and look at the hot tubs on line while talking to a customer service person. They did give an option to visit the distribution center to see the hot tubs but we did not see the need. We just got the hot tub delivered and it is amazing. Thank you for making a hot tub affordable
