Very good sushi!
I went in and got take out. The service was spectacular. They helped me pick three good rolls and I also ordered the vegetable tempura and miso soup. The soup was in a very strong styrofoam container that kept it hot even after a cold and windy walk home. The sushi tasted fresh and they even threw in an extra roll so we had much more than we could eat! The leftovers were still good the next day. I will definitely go here again. Don't forget the miso soup--this is easily the best miso soup I have ever had.
I went out to lunch with my friend and decided to go here. It looked a little small from the outside but it was a lot larger. The waitresses were very polite. I thought the sushi was delicious but my friend only thought it was ok. She doesn't love sushi in general though.
Overall it is a very nice family owned restaurant to eat at.

My friends and I had a craving for sushi one day,
So we decided to dine at n.k sushi. They have incredibly fresh and delicious sushi and wonderful miso soup. The prices are decent, not expensive, not cheap. The people there were veryvery polite as well.
We ended up leaving a large tip. We will definitely be back for more when the sushi cravings hit again :)
It is close to my area, so walking is no problem.

The sushi was absolutely delicious. I had the spider roll and it was amazing. It had deep fried soft shell crab. It was a bit pricey but it is still worth it.
I also bought the House Special Combo bento box. It had green Salad, Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura, Mixed Vegetables, Chicken Teriyaki (or beef, or salmon) dumplings, Cucumber Roll, California Roll, rice and miso soup.
The salad could have been better but the rest of the meal makes up for that. The miso soup was very tasty and I really liked the chicken. For the the price it was a very good meal.
I suggest going there the next time you want sushi!
The sushi was delicious. I ordered a bento box that included a miso, salad, sushi, rice, and beef teryaki. The miso was tasted great but the salad was ok. The meal it self was the best.
I recommend coming going to nikko the next time you wan't sushi

There are now 5 sushi restaurants in my neighborhood to choose from.
Today some co-workers and I decided to go to Nikko. It is new, and I was the only one in my group that had not eaten there, so I decided to give it a try.
Nikko is very nice inside, lovely wooden chairs with plush seats. They also have a runner of table cloth on each table which I thought, was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the carafe of water that was offered at our table, very elegant and so much better than the beer jugs filled with ice and water that other places have. I also loved the tops that the servers wore, they all had a japanese print top that wrapped around the waist and had lovely wide sleeves.. I want one of those! :)
The miso soup was delicious, the dressing on the salad was a fantastic surprise considering I don't like that type of dressing anywhere.. I have to say it was absolutely delicious.
I ordered the Avenue Rd Bento Box (B4) $10.95 and asked for the Teriyaki chicken ( you have a choice of beef, salmon or chicken) When my server brought my Bento Box, she apologized and said "I hope you don't mind, but we accidentally made beef instead of chicken" I couldn't help but laugh... I told them I didn't mind.. it was fine, I happen to like beef too, I will take it.
The beef was also fantastic! It was thinly sliced, in a very flavorful sauce and placed on a bed of green beans, sliced carrots, onions and topped with sesame seeds. The spicy tuna was also very good but I would have preferred spicy salmon instead, maybe next time I will ask for it.
My Box also came with 2 shrimp tempura, yam, broccoli and zucchini. I only ate the shrimp and the yam as I don't like broccoli or zucchini. The gyoza was quite over cooked (deep fried too long) and very small compared to other sushi places.
I may not have had the teriyaki chicken but the beef was fantastic, the gyoza was not so great but the miso soup was perfect and the dressing on the salad, that I don't like at any sushi restaurant that I've ever been to in 10 years..:) was delicious!
So, I will definitely go back to Nikko for lunch, it was a little hit and miss but they deserve a second chance.

This restaurant just opened up in my neighborhood so I thought I would give it a try. It exceeded my expectations and I look forward to bringing my friends to try it out soon.
