We bought a nice little Honda by ML-Motors and Mark, the owner gave us a great service and was there when we needed his help with a problem on the Honda.
We give him 5 out of 5
It is a good place to go if you like to get a new car for you.

Thank you Mark

I was looking for a good used car for my mom. Went to CC Motors and met with a very personable salesman, Jacob. Found a car that they just received and hadn't advertised yet. Took it for a test drive and it was great but it had a minor issue. Jacob said he would have it inspected at no cost. The next day Jacob called and said it was minor but would need attention. He then said he has a perfect compact car for my mother but it was newer (and more expensive) but it was next door at ML Motors. He had already worked out a deal with Mark at ML Motors to sell me this newer car at the same price as the first car!!!

Needless to say the newer car was perfect for my mother and she is very happy with it.

I highly recommend seeing Jacob at CC Motors if you want a good honest salesman. Both Jacob and Mark didn't have to do what they did but it made a huge difference to me. I will be going there again when I need to buy another vehicle.

I bought a car off of these guys over three years ago. I brought it the same day to a cousin who mechanics, he said I got a good stable car. I paid 2790 dollars and have thus far put in less than a thousand in body and engine work. I change my oil regularly and tranny fluid ( as it was 21 year old vehicle when I bought it) I maintained this vehicle for as long as I could. It is currently having respite as I cannot afford the new power steering for it, but I am not giving up on my baby. In the new year I will be driving a classic Mercedes. These guys let me utilize 7 hours of their time. They were amazing. I will buy there again when I get enough for an old jalopy 4by4 from them. For now I am focused on getting my current baby back on the road. I have driven my car HARD, even moved using it a few times. It has never done me wrong. If you walk into a business, be business savvy dolls. I went to a second hand dealership with two other mechanics who were willing to look over what I bought within one hour of my purchase. Don't be a victim, don't sell your power when you invest in something. Don't complain when the power is in your hands to get what you want.

If you bought a car for $1500 ~ $3000 and had to put back brakes in it and replace something... You got a Rockin' Deal! BE REAL!!! These are USED CARS! He buys the cars whole sale from dealer trade-ins and passes on the savings to you! If you want your car all Tickety Boo, Get out your Check book and go and buy a car for $10,000 to $15,000. A $100 deposit keeps the looky-loo's away and keeps people real and doesn't waste his time and keeps people from taking the cars for a little joy ride or to an appointment. We stopped to have a look around and He Was Very Pleasant and helpful! He went out of his way to help us find a battery for our car and have bought cars from him in the past and they were awesome deals!!! Yes they needed some TLC but they were Still Awesome Deals!!!!
I didn't have to put out $10,000 to $20,000 for a reliable vehicle or have major car payments! So Soak it up Butter cup Fix your car and enjoy it!

No salesman jumped on me which is good. the cars were not that great though. You could tell they had been around the block. A godo eal is godo eal though> id' like more information on the free warranty. How long is the warranty? How much would it be for a three year powertain warranty? Burrel auto Stipulates all this information on their website. CC seems evasive. ALso you pay 100 dollars to get the car checked out? Thats ridiculous, the car is checked out by one of their own guys, who then says the car is fine.295 dollars for a document fee? Some places have no document fee. The only document is the Regi and that costs maximum 28 dollars from ICBC.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
first off we are extremely disappointed in the lack of reliable and professional service. Yeah they wanted to help us out and get us in a new-used car and off to the races.
But....
they had the car sent to an inferior mechanic, to have a once over. we know that to be true now, because they fixed the front brakes and nothing else. we were told when the car returned
that the fronts are 100% don't worry about the back brakes, you don't really use those. we were pretty much rushed off the lot for obviously ruffling some feathers by all the questions.
they told us to go get the air care done ourselves and they would cover it. they didn't go out of there way at all to do there jobs. we were straight up told they don't care if we take the car.
we were in need, so even though there were so many red flags we went for it. well you can tell by this message we brought the car back for a full money back refund. after we had left the lot
with the supposedly professionally inspected car, we quickly found there was something wrong. in the middle of highway 99 headed north the car started to shutter. anything over 70kmh, the
car would vibrate. a HUGE cause for the concern of our safety. we made it to town and brought it to a mechanic. upon our own mechanics inspection, he confirmed that the rear tires were both in
need of some urgent wheel bearing work. so much that we were told to grandpa it back to vancouver. the weather stripping on the roof was missing, causing water to leak and pool in the trunk.
the front headlight was cracked and collecting condensation on the inside, blocking the light. basically this place is a haven for deal finders, to blind to look into the fact that the cars are
lemons being sold to the next sucker not willing or able to ask the right questions or inspect the vehicles properly. when we brought the car back, planning to look into another car on the lot, we
were met with straight up blunt rudeness. oooo...thats an easy $100 fix, oooo.... we live in vancouver your gonna get water, oooo... you weren't ready to buy a car here. NO!! we weren't prepared
to be swindled and sweet talked into an unsafe vehicle. how can somebody knowingly send people off in vehicles that are a danger to be on the road, especially at highway speeds. Again i say thank god
we got our money back and nothing bad happened while the car was in our possession. UNSAFE and UNPROFESSIONAL, key words when dealing with CC CARSALES
if it sounds to good to be true, it is. not usually, it is!!!!! We know that now. If you value your families safety, they don't. so don't risk it and don't bring your business there.
im still surprised by them sending us off in a sketchy car. thanks for wasting our time..............

I went there the other day to check out some cars - I wasn't going to buy anything that day, just wanted to find out what kind of car they had, prices, policies etc.
When I went in I wasn't approached, I was able to walk around freely, take notes on the cars, take a few pics. I was there for around half an hour and no one bothered me. I'm not sure if this is good or bad - I would normally expect to be at least greeted, but I would far rather not be hassled. To be honest I was more than happy to be left to myself and to look around in my own time.
I had read through these reviews so I had questions that I knew to ask. After I looked around I went into the office and spoke to one of the guys. I can't remember his name though. He was completely pleasant and totally upfront with everything I asked. In short:
You pay $100 for the car to be inspected if you're interested. If you buy the car it gets deducted from the total. If you don't you get your money back.
You can return the car in 2 days. Its not 48 hours, its 2 days including the day you buy it on. So your max time with the car is you buy it at 10am and take back at 6pm the following day.
You can return the car for any reason.
They buy the cars from large dealers and don't have all the history for each car.
I think thats about it. I haven't bought a car yet - so the experience is far from over. The real test is the actual buying! But most of the reviews on this site seem to talk about the sales experience and I wanted to add that my experience this far has been hassle free and seemingly honest.

Once again you guys write some pretty good reviews on yourselves. Kudos
Comment by broadwayeast on Mar 02, 2012
All the positive reviews here are written in the same style - poor spelling, weak grasp of punctuation and halting, abrupt syntax which is characteristic of a developmentally disabled 11 year old or a junkie with a grade 8 education. Having met the staff at this place I can safely assume that they are responsible for all these reviews.

OMG!! How could a customer know some of this crap? Like really? They just wrote it them selfes. Know one would know this and wouldn't even care. Get a life....

l went to buy a vechicle from cc motors.. as l seen it on craigslist.l drove about an 1 1/2 from chilliwack...first thing in the morining.Upon arrival l saw the vechicle l liked had a cheaper price displayed then advertised.so l requested a key to start.lt took the guy good 15 mins to bring me the key ...as l started the engine he said there is some mistake with the price and it is not the right price.we said lets test drive this vechicle as we liked it.upon extreme shock he goes we dont do test drive here as we pay $100..for inspection....and thats how we sell our cars here.we were very surprised .to hear that...lol l have never ever heard of this..lol..l said how can l buy a used vechicle with out a test drive? The guy was extremly rude and said if u dont spend this amount of money or buying today...then we get the hell out of his lot.I told this assole that l drove for 1 1/2 hr to get there and he said he does not care. The guys name is Dave and l want to tell the whole world about this dealership.MY MISTAKE WAS THAT I SHOULD HAVE TAPED HIS CONVERSATION WITH MY IPHONE AND PUT IT ON BCTV.

I was going to ask a friend to drive me from Abbotsford to this place but after your review (and all the others), I am SOOOO glad I didn't!!! lol

You saved me a whole lot of time and trouble. Thanks.

p.s. I too, suspect that the only good reviews here are from the staff themselves ;-)

I just bought a suv from these guys and I was completely impressed right from the get go! Even though the lot was busy, the salesman took the time to greet us and point us in the direction we wanted to go. (Suv's) We looked around, took our time and when we were ready to talk orice, they were there ready to settle on a deal. We signed the papers and ICBC was there to take the insurance... The place is a one stop shop that I would recommend to anyone! I would make this place my first go next time I'm in the market for another ride. Thanks guys, I'm super happy with the purchase! :)

people want deals, so they unfortunately go for the cheapest route. well you get what you pay for. the car we checked out seemed nice, till we drove it. the shit was a lemon, then when we let them know what was the deal. we were shown the door. the only good thing about that place is the money back clause. that way if you get suckered, you still have an out. as for your time wasted in trust, that shits gone.

Unfortunately rather rude and abrupt salesman, Chris. I called about a truck, I pretty much already wanted to buy. All he had to do was be nice to me and invite me down to see it and. Instead I got curt one word answers to my questions. Guess I'll go spend my money somewhere else.

All these "positive" reviews are just the owners at CC Motors trying to save face. Went there 3 days ago and frankly was not impressed. Most cars there are on the fritz. Stick to individual auto sellers or reputable dealers.

JJ Motors has a new manager and is no longer affiliated with Cris from CC Motors so anyone looking for a good used car should check out JJ Motors. The reviews do not reflect the management. Go see Chris at CC then go see John at JJ and figure it out for yourself.

After bouncing around from dealer-to-dealer, I finally felt more than satisfied at CC Motor Car Sales. The owner and the staff were able to accommodate my purchasing request prompting and efficiently. It has now been two days since my purchase and the vehicle has successfully and safely transported myself 650 kilometers up north to a city entitled Prince George. I must say, based on this achievement, it is one of the best investments I have made to this day. I recommend any individual that is planning on purchasing a used vehicle under 7 grand, to go see Chris and the boys as they can successfully satisfy your needs.

Oh the only down side is that "Chris" may charge a minuscule credit card usage fee ;) .. .however it is beyond his control (so he claims).

I am just a guy wanting to buy a car, get a good deal, and reliability. One thing I can say is that I do read reviews of a dealer before I go and I can assure you negative reviews will make me drive right past any car lot. Their is a lot of power in a review and from what I have read here some pretty serious accustations and bad reviews for one particular dealer......sorry, but I be driving right by on my car search.

we bought our car from here the guys there were great, yes we did give them the $100 they then took the car to have it checked by a mechanic,it only took 2 hrs,and if we changed our minds about the car after test driving it we would get the $100.00 back when the car came back,it was all good with the car also all the work bills were with the car all oil changes ect,and we got to drive the car for 2 days and if we were not happy we could get our money back ,we drove the car for two days and the car is great,so i say if your looking for a used car this is the place to go

This guy is a jerk and I still will not sell him a car. CC Motors is the largest used car dealer in Vancouver. We are located 5 minutes from downtown at the corner of Hastings Clark. We are the only dealer that gives a Free Warranty, Free Safety Inspection and a Free 2 day money back guarantee. Why go anywhere else when we have 150 vehicles between $700 and $7,000.

A Good Deal is when we are BOTH HAPPY

Hey, this is for reviews, not advertising. You're a joke Chris, you wouldn't sell me a car?? You tried your best when I was there.

Just a tip, no one is interested in your divorce stories either, but I guess anything to keep prospective customers distracted.

I just bought a van from these guys.Had a good experience.
I got a good deal and was hanging around there for a few hours while the detail guy did a few things for me. The place is a used car lot on east hastings....OK? the prices are cheap, the guys are hustling to sell cars. What do you want?? Its a tough business and everyone is trying to grind them to the floorboards. They have a system that works. If you like the car you put up 100.00 for an inspection... you get it back if you don't like the car or the results or they take it off the price you negotiate.
Ya they can be a little intimidating to some folks I guess... but all in all I think they are OK and would be long gone if they were ripping people off. If you don't like it , go somewhere else....just take more money with you
They sell lots of cars, and at the end of the day i got a great van for less than I would have paid elsewhere and would tell my friends to check them out.
GOOD LUCK

OK seriously, who wants to buy a car without a test drive? Chris told me they don't encourage test drives. Really? well I guess if you want to sell junk, then you wouldn't encourage a test drive without hooking the customer in with a $100 deposit then come back the next day and drive it after the safety inspection. I'll bet that $100 is easier to pay than it is to get back, they'll wear you down with the pressured sales pitch. Walk away from this con. And Chris, I have never met a more annoying individual, a caricature of a car salesman,..."have I got a deal for you" yeah right...no wonder you're getting a divorce, not that I was interested.

I needed a cheap work van, and went to see cc motor cars because they have a lot of cars and their prices are low. These guys let you take your time checking out their cars. They are low pressure salesmen. They gave the keys I asked for and sent the lot boy over to help me when I needed help with anything. I got to see the safety inspection and they didn' argue about the faults of the cars. They took my offer and I have a cheap van from them that's aircared and works well.

I just went through a month of dealing with different dealers and car owners and had some really bad experiences. However, their salesman Jacob was honest from the first moment which is all you can ask for when buying used cars. They inspected it, then tell you what's wrong with the car before you drive it (helps you know what to look for)... after I got the car, they still were very helpful when I came and ask a question ......overall... really good customer service.....I recommend this place 100%... if you are going car shopping, make this your second visit, so you can compare and see what I'm talking about...
