I moved from Montreal to Toronto in 2008, and my Dermatologist recommended Baywood, as she knew the Doctors from conferences. So glad I came, Dr Chan helped me with very resistant acne, and also did a perfect job with laser hair removal of my face. I am dark skinned and was worried about side-effects, but she is very experienced, and professional. The cost was lower than what my friends have paid at spas.

I also have had Botox with Dr Keller many times. Always a wonderful and natural look. My friends always say how relaxed I look. lol! I have confided in a few and they have visited and are also very pleased.

Fantastic experience. No over-selling, very friendly and relaxed place. Had a blue/red tattoo removed and have done Botox and sclerotherapy for my spider veins. The Doctors are totally professional as is the staff, and the rates are very reasonable. I have sent several friends and all of them thanked me!

Removed my horrid college tattoo here. Quoted far more at a couple of other places. Doctor was friendly and didnt pressure me. I had a near perfect result in 10 sessions on a red and black tat. Highly recommend

I have been a client at several medi-spas over the years, but usually ended up switching because the personnel changed, or the quality was variable.

I tried the Baywood Clinic on the advice of a co-worker, and have been a very satisfied client for over two years. The Doctors are very knowledgable, and honest about expectations of different treatments. I have done some hair removal on my face, and some rejuvenation with Botox and laser. The results and costs have been excellent.

Dr Chan's honesty has saved me a lot of money too. She advised against my continued use of microdermabrasion and expensive creams, and prescribed some Retin-A and prescribed her own "potion" which cost half, and I got far better results.

The only downside here is that they often run 10 to 20 minutes late, but they do spend a lot of time with you , and answer all your questions, so a short wait is worth it.

Excellent laser hair removal. I tried a groupon at a spa and totally wasted my money. My sister recommended baywood to me. I have dark skin and was very very happy to have dr chan do my face. Excellent professional result.

I have been a patient here for at least two to three years. First rate and very professional. The Doctors are very caring, casual and there is no pressure to buy. I have been treated for spider veins by Dr Chan and the sclerotherapy nurse, and had Botox done by Dr Keller. Very comfortable clinic and very good prices.

I had foolishly tried to have two black chinese characters removed at another "spa" where I never met a doctor, and where a "technician" treated me.Right after treatment it swelled and really hurt, and the next day when I went back with blisters they basically told me to go to the emergency room!

Thank God I found Dr Keller at Baywood. He treated me with some gels, and when it settled down used another laser to take away the scarring that was happening. After about 3 months it was 90% or more better, and then he removed almost all the ink, using two different lasers.

If you want to be sure - visit them. He is very reasonable about the price. My tattoo was about the size of a credit card and it was 175, less than I paid at the first place! But most importantly he did it properly.

I have also done hair removal here and have gotten the same excellent service and results. It is a professional, medical clinic and they are just nice people.

My GP sent me to the Baywood Clinic for treatment of spider veins, she had many patients who had very good results. I was very impressed by the patient explanations and no presuure approach Dr Chan took. Treatments were superb, they did a lot in each session and it took two to clear quite a lot of veins. I went to see Dr Keller for tattoo removal afterwards, to get rid of a horrible multi-colored thing I got 15 years ago in College. He was very upfront and explained all the details, I have almost finished with it and it is nearly clear after 9 sessions. It can be a bit of a wait to see them, as they are always busy, but well worth it.

I absolutely love the Doctors at this clinic. It is not a fancy "medi-spa" with marble fountains that you pay for. It is a serious cosmetic center where they give you real results. And I have found it very affordable. I had terrible skin...and wasted a lot of money on it...here Dr Chan gave me a simple regimen with prescription meds, followed by several laser treatments, and my friends were commenting how great I looked and wanted to know what I was doing!! I have also had many spider veins on my legs treated and the results were superb. I am a fussy shopper and I can can give this place a big two thumbs up.
