We just had a new roof installed by Jay Carter Roofing. Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience. The workers were very considerate & professional. We would definitely recommend Jay Carter Roofing to friends and family.

I have a building on the corner of Ave Rd and Davenport that needed a new roof but was a very complicated job as the Hydro wires were 3 feet from the building and traffic was a major concern. I had more than 15 roofers look at the job and not one was interested, everyone of them told me it was the most complicated roof job they have ever seen! All this being said Jay told me he could do the job and then presented me with a quote that was very fair. His company did an amazing job that was well organized on time and budget. Had it not been for calling Jay Carter Roofing that day my roof still may have not been done!

If anyone needs a referral for a roof I would strongly suggest they contact Jay Carter Roofing

I had my roof done by Jay Carter Roofing three years ago. I recently discovered insulation and shingles in my back yard. I immediately called Jay Carter Roofing to inspect the work. They responded within 1 hr of my call. Robert from Jay Carter Roofing inspected my roof and informed me that squirrels had eaten threw a roof vent damageing the roof. I was impressed that Robert backed up his findings with pictures. I was surprised to see the damage. I was more surprised when Robert asked if he could call an exterminator to remove the pest before he made the repairs. I agreed to his request and the exterminator and Robert returned the next. The squirrels were removed and the damage to my roof was repaired. I naturally expected an invoice for the service provided by Jay Carter Roofing and the exterminator. The bill was only $150.00 for the cost of the exterminator. There was no charge for Roberts’s time or repair. I was happy with the original installation and even more satisfied with Jay Carter Roofing’s commitment to after sale service. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest Roofer.

After hearing several good remarks from previous customers of Jay Carter Roofing I had decided to use them as my roofing contractors. The job that was done left me speechless. My new roof is excellent. Not only did the quality and look of my roof exceed expectations so did the service that was provided. I was constantly informed. Jay Carter Roofing had sent follow ups and reminders every step of the way. I knew that if any issues arose they would be addressed immediately. The crew members assigned to my job were polite, worked in a time efficient manner and did a spectacular job with regards to clean up. I sincerely recommend Jay Carter Roofing to any individual looking to get their roof done.

I've never had a really high opinion of roofing companies, but Jay Carter changed my mind. This is one really professional group. One of their top people inspected both my attic and my roof free of charge and presented me with a written report, digital photographs -- and because I had a leak -- a firm estimate. Jay got involved and recommended a course of action that was more than I anticipated, but his explanation made perfect sense. His crew arrived when they said they would, laid out huge tarps to completely protect our house and lawn and then went to work. It was reassuring to see eveyone in uniform and hooked to safety gear. They did a fabulous job and the clean up was fantastic -- not a nail or piece of shingle to be found. And a special thanks to crew boss Doug Wood. I have no hestitation recommending Jay Carter Roofing to anyone who wants a job that will leave you delighted. Steve Lynett, Richmond Hill.‎
