We used Mueller Electrical to replace our outdated breakers switch box. This was a unique job because we have aluminum wiring and we wanted to make sure the box and all our connections were done properly for this type of wiring. Mueller did a great job at a fair price. Thanks!

Mueller Electric was highly recommended to us when we had to rewire the house. Mueller and his team did it in December 2004. We were extremely pleased with his work. We had him do a few other smaller jobs in 2008 and early 2009, including the installation of remote control lights for the front hall and porch. Since then it's been nothing but a headache. Although he admits the product was faulty and he should never have installed it, and he knows the problems we're experiencing, he hasn't done anything about it. The problem has always been in the functioning of the lights. The lights either work for a period, then they don't work. When they don't work properly, they go and off every few minutes, all day and night long. We have to shut them off completely and then we don't have hall lights at all, which is very dangerous. After many, many calls... many, many months ..and many, many promises from Mueller himself, he has yet to come out here. He admits he has to either remove and rewire or upgrade us to a better product - both are acceptable solutions to us and we would pay for the extra work. However, he fails to show up everytime he promises to show. We have even taken this issue to the Better Business Bureau. He gave them the same statement: yes I know they're faulty and I am prepared to upgrade the product. However, that was months back and he still hasn't shown up or called. We now have no other choice but to forfeit the money we paid him and hire another electrician to do it. Why did this happen? I have no idea. He gives all sorts of excuses about how his business has suffered, what an awful day he's had with another customer, etc. etc. (none of which is a customer's problem or concern), then promises to come out, and then doesn't. He has become very predictable and unreliable to say the least. We are confused and upset and would never recommend him to anyone.”
