Canadian Tire, Kitchener Reviews (1)
My mother-in-law's car crapped out on her, and since I wasn't around to recommend otherwise, she brought it to Crappy Tire. And I'd heard bad things about this one, just like we've all heard bad things about Crappy Tire's reputation for auto service.
Check this out: The mechanic who was helping us, lets just say his name starts with a "C", and rhymes with "Craig", was... Very good.
He called us in to look at the car, understanding that it might be difficult to make a big decision on the car solely based on what he was telling us over the phone. He brought us right into the shop and basically gave us a guided tour of everything that was rotted out on the undercarriage. He made realistic recommendations and even refused, in good faith, to make repairs that he felt would be superfluous, or in essence, a waste of money under the circumstances. He helped us weigh our options when it came to saving some money.
I was so angry, I exploded, "That's it! You listen here Mister, this is Canadian Tire, and I demand poorer service!"
But I didn't get it.
It was like being able to find help at Home Depot or having a pleasant time at Wal-Mart... I was in a bizzarro world.

that's fantastic!
There mechanics work off of commission with Parts. I wouldn't deal with them. BEWARE!
