Mrs. Biro
I have been contacted OVER AND OVER this company for a debt that I had paid years ago. I have an excellent credit rating and zero outstanding debts. This woman who is assigned to my case is an absolute nightmare to deal with her name is BIRO and even as I tried to explain myself she just kept repeating "do you have intent?!" louder and louder until she just hung up. I called back and spoke to a guy who instructed me to send them a letter by registered mail asking them to only contact me by letter mail and to just rip the letters up as they really can't take any legal action nor can the but it on either of my credit bureau reports.

I wish I got this guys name because he was an amazing person to deal with and you could tell that he hated Mrs. Biro too.

Threatening harassment calls from NCRI
I’ve been getting automated messages left for me at my work threatening me of legal actions ... oh please my debts are almost a decade old. I’ll be checking my credit with Equifax to make sure they didn’t do anything funny. I’ll be reporting them to BBB for the harassment. Know your rights !!

You need to stop callin me over a debt that I don't think I ever owed. You guys are scammed and I will not give into your bullying phone calls. You are a bunch of bullies and it's not right. Leave me alone!

Pls stop calling my home!
Pls stop calling and leaving messages on my home phone. You can clearly hear the voice recording is not the person who you are trying to contact!! Get your information correct. I called your number yesterday and advised you that you have the wrong number!! This is getting to be monotonous and annoying.

I can not believe my ears ! ! !
I'm going to make this public ...I can not believe my ears what I have heard from them (NCR )over the phone line. They NCR start calling me that I own some $18.000 ...which I can not remember. I'm almost in my death bed (disabled person) with many health complications and the asked me to pay at least $50 per month from my disability pension to cover that debt..shouting over the phone on me ... that I did “spend the money wisely for myself”....I could not believe that in Canada we have that kind of Scumbags in business ! ! ! ... If I had anything with owning some money it was 17 – seventeen years ago at that time I was trying to run a business ... and it was not $ 18.000 but if I can recall it was $5000 ... and it was resolved over the bankruptcy discharge through the Court Order ... Now they in very rude manner they calling me to pay a debt which I do not have. They were reported to BBB: and they NCR never responded to BBB request to resolve that complaint ... they NCR ignore a Government Agencies BBB so how they can not ignore other people ?....

TIPS to ANGRY PPL
1- Never Acknowledge any type of debt with this ppl
2- Even if they offer a "DEAL" to fix your problem, as soon as you pay something you are agreeing that you owe them money and they could prosecute you.
3-Send Back any MAIL from them... dont even open it
4- Do not call them... do not contact them, I know its frustrating. But thats the only chance.
5- THey buy old unrecoverable debts from big companies and try to get you. So they are not a "collections agency" working recovering on behalf of no one.
IE. they buy a DEBT from LEON FURNITURE of $5k for $1k then come after you for a "deal" pay $3k and you will be free of debt. They make 2K thats the mechanics of their "income" they cannot take you to court if you do what I said in #1 and #2. simple as that.

I hope I can help some people. Getting Rid of this undesirable ppl. Cheers!

Rogers phone service selling your numbers to this agency!!!
Guys i do not know which phone service are you using, but who using Rogers - just know that they sold their database with your name to these NON-STOP calling people. How did I notice: My husband asked for the Rogers phone connection&installation 2 months ago. We still not using the phone and did not gave the home phone to ANYBODY. In the contract they wrote my husbands name wrong (missplaced two letters by mistake). When this collection agency calling us the automated message ALWAYS tells my husband name with missplaced letters!! ASK ROGERS STOP SELLING YOUR NAMES TO ANYBODY! a lot of companies do that for money! If you dont have rogers try to figure out who else did you left your home number to! FIGURE OUT WHO SOLD YOUR PHONE & NAME !! im really peaced off...

DB574144 I am not

After months of trying to resolve this issue I have come to a standstill in my dealings with NCRI. They do acknowledge that my name and phone number are nowhere in their data base. Unfortunately the phone calls continue once or twice weekly. Apparently they are unable to delete my phone number from the automated dialing system which repeatedly gives an automated voice message. I have contacted their office repeatedly and have been told (1) I am not in their DB (2) this will be corrected - give it a week (3) there is nothing they can do about it. Surely you have an IT person who can figure this out. If not, might I suggest going to one your local public schools? I am sure there is some bright star in grade 5 that can solve the problem during one or two of their nutrition breaks.
I rather hope that perspective clients read this post. They should be made aware that your company has some cost effectiveness issues. Time is money. You are wasting mine continually. You are wasting your time and resources continually contacting me. You aren't getting your clients money back for them in a timely manner by phoning the wrong person.
Also your clients should know that inadvertently they are contributing to a situation where by you are making an innocent person a victim. Realistically this is harassment. You aren't doing my blood pressure any good that’s for sure. The situation is very maddening and frustrating. Victimizing the innocent is an illegal practice is it not. Should I contact your legal department and chat with them?

SCAMMERS!! Sent $$ and NOT fixed!
I sent these scammers the money they demanded 1 1/2 years ago, and it still shows on my credit that it's still in collections.

I tried to apply for a mortgage on my dream home which this is the only chance of ever getting it, and I got turned down because of this.

Thanks for stealing my money and ruining my life.

Ontario two year limitation
They are not only rude but out right lie which is totally against regulations. In Ontario there is a statue of limitations. Once you have not made payments for two years they cannot take you to court or garnish your wages as they have you believe. They cannot tell you they will yet thats what they do. They cannot call your employer. Of course it is always best to make a settlement when unable to pay in full but don't let them bully you!

Calling the wrong person, even after I called them back - The worst
These guys should take 30 seconds and check the number. We are a special needs camp. I called and told them. They assured me I was off the list. That lasted a sweet 8 hours before they called again. Ugh

Jerks!
I keep receiving these automated calls from "NCRI" - never heard of them and don't owe them anything. The calls persist. There is never a live operator - just a young woman's snippy voice. Don't bother giving me one of your stock answers, they are just like your stock calls.

Wrong person
These people call and leave messages for someone I don't recognize and I have had my phone number for 6 years. If they are a collection company, it looks like other collection companies unloaded their bad data and they took it. I once asked them not to call, they called me again.

Liars!!!!
I was contacted about an outstanding debt I had and back in Jan 2016. In February I was told that if I did not pay they would put it on my Equifax report. So I paid a majority of the bill on Febuary 29, 2016. Now with only a little over 100 dollars left to pay I thought my credit report would be fine. Little did I know they added a collection account on my Equifax report stating they contacted me in December of 2015 and that my last payment was June 2015. Liars I did not make any payment in June they only started contacting me in Febuary of this year. I will be contacting a lawyer

Very unprofessional bunch of bullies
Constantly calling my ex husbands house as I now live in the US and harassing his family for a debit that is not even mine. The original debt belonged to my father and it was a $500 overdraft on his bank account. My father also had opened two bank accounts in the same bank for my children (those two accounts had me on them as well, his personal account did not) However, they are calling my dads now almost $2000 debt a debt from a joint account that I never was a part of. Now they have put a collection on my credit report, since I'm in the States it doesn't matter but it is still wrong. I have spoken to TD the original bank and the managers have told me repeatedly that my name was never on that account I owe them nothing. NCR is grasping at straws and harassing people, some underage with rude and profound language for something that is not even legitimate!! Do your homework people!! Also, I received a call from my aunt who they have called looking for me as well. It is against the law to call other family members on a person's debt. Bullying people is not going to get you your money...especially money that is not even a true debt of the person you are trying to bully!! My ex husbands new wife got mad and returned one of their rude messages and the woman was very unprofessional and rude...go figure! Doesn't take a personality or compassion to work there, just a lack of concience and trucker mouth!

Rude, unprofessional
2 weeks before Christmas I recieved a snappy, rude, pressing call from "Kim" saying I had to send them $3000. Obviously not going to happen. She was rude, pushy and snappy until I agreed to set up a payment. I left messages and called when I couldn't send the money with no response while i continued to get messages threatening legal messures. She is hands down the rudest human being I've dealt with. She talks down to you and when you get frustrated and snap back she hangs up on you. I asked to have my file transfered to someone else and apparently she is the absolute only one who can handle my file. I'm sickened by the threats and the treatments. I was yelled at and told I was not a customer, she is not in customer service then hung up. Do everything to can to avoid dealing with them.
