Well here goes, Suds is not responding to my complaint...I always went to this facility when I wanted a complete carwash and interior. This time (September 02, 2021) I had taken my 2001 Firebird in excellent shape, paid $61 for a complete cleaning, not worth the $61. I understood that I was getting a special but did not and could not speak to any live person at the machine. Secondly their wash broke my new power antenna, which is going to cost me cash again out of my pocket.
Bottom line, be careful taking older vehicles to this facility, even after a complaint I have not received any response.

Thank you Suds Express! I had an oil change, exterior and interior clean. Staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. I received a 1/2 price exterior wash and a 40% discount on the interior cleaning! I would recommend the service. Suds is conveniently located and provides a good value in a timely manner. I arrived thinking I was only going to get a interior/exterior cleaning, but with their special of 1/2 price and off 40% car cleaning, if an oil change is purchased, it worked out that my oil change, (that I needed anyway), was only $20.00 extra than the regular priced wash. Very happy to only pay $20. for an oil change.

Received great service first thing in the morning , Allen and I hit it off great while arranging an oil change. He never pressured me, had a few laughs and off I went to wait about 18 mins (Allens words) 14 min later I was done and ready to get a car wash and interior cleaning. It all went well, the vehicle looks great and I had a great visit. Everyone was helpful Wouldn't think about going anywhere else for my car needs Thanks Suds and Jiffy

We were supposed to get our brake light bulbs replaced. My wife was waiting for the car with our two small kids. When manager (Paul) gave her back her keys he said that he couldn't replace bulbs because of the wiring. She had started the car and couldn't change from park to any gear so she couldn't drive out. When she got back to him he was pretending like nothing has happend. Told us that there is nothing he can do and we have to take the car to the mechanic. my wife obviously freaked out. Perfectly working car that 15 minutes ago came for oil change and bulb replacement won't even go now. We took the car to our mechanic. He said that they have replaced bulbs with wrong ones and it has burned the circut and shift lock fuse. We came back to jiffy lube. My wife was extremely pissed off. One of the workers approached her and told that the manager knew your couldn't start the car after oil change.
They gave us back costs of repair and free car wash but it's extremely annoying how we have been treated by Paul (manager) that lied to us , wasn't cooperative , helpful and pretended like nothing has happend. Until the very end he denied everything. Our car mechanic had to call him to prove his fault.
Absolutely horrible customer service.

Been going there since it opened but just for car washes. I found it a little pricey until I tried the "Backyard". For $1.00 more, you have access to unlimited vacuum, clean soft rags, a mild spray cleaner that works great, air and nitrogen top ups and my personal favorite, the floor mat beater machine. Spend an hour and a half and the car is amazing! $1.00!! Where else can you get that kind of bang for a buck?! I should also say that the staff is always nice and friendly. I spilled gas while filling up and the girl at the booth said if it didn't come off to just pull around and she would let me go through again for free. Love Suds.

made an appointment for a bumper to bumper on my pick up.
when I picked up my truck 3 hours later there was bird feces waxed into my hood, my trailer hitch receiver cover was broken in half, and the front driver's side bumper had a sizeable grey/black scuff, as well a significant paint cracking from striking whatever they did.
when I asked about the scuff on the bumper, i was told the manager would review the tapes and get back to me that day.
I received no reply.
it took my partner going in the next day (as I was at work) to ask why I had not been contacted. at that point, i received a call from the manager who then accused me of doing the damages myself, before i dropped the truck off! They never offered any apology, only excuses and accusations. in the end they said I could bring my truck back and they would "see what they could do about the scuff, but they have nothing that would cause a grey scuff"
disgusting customer sevice for a 200$ service. I will NEVER return. If you have a vehicle you value, I would take it elsewhere, like valet. (this is a 60,000$ pick up truck that now requires a new paint job on the bumper)

I spend quite a bit of money at this place and, for the most part, have been pretty happy. I just watched a CBS market place review of a different company that was down right fraudulent. A few things were brought up in the CBS piece that make me wonder about Jiffy. For example, it seems that I always need an air filter; the windshield wiper anti-freeze they top up with, ALWAYS FREEZES (are they using water). They do up sell, but provide evidence that their recommendations are manufacturer recommended. I despise having to mail in a rebate voucher to Jiffy. Just give me the discount on my bill. So, I'm reasonably pleased, but after seeing that CBS report, I will be watching.

This is my first Suds experience. I am in the waiting room as I type this and am getting very annoyed. I had an appointment at noon and it is now 3:00 pm. No one came out and told me I might have to wait a bit longer. No one seemed to know where my car was either! The girl at the counter in the lounge didn't know what she was doing, it might have been her first day, I don't know. I am not impressed by their service so far. I haven't even got the car back yet, but it better be pristine, given how long I've been waiting!!!!

I had the triple action + express interior clean. It cost me $42.00 plus tax. I know it was an express interior clean but I still had hair on my carpet and black prints on the door and other stuff left behind. They did a good job of my mats. It didn't take them long and the waiting room was nice. It was over priced for what they did.

I drove 30 km to get there and get my car washed inside and out, with the interior shampooing and everything. They had a bunch of workers sort of hanging around, not doing anything, and none of the wash bays were occupied, but when I asked if I could get my car done they told me I had to make an appointment.

I was like "Yeah, but your pamphlet says you don't have to make an appointment".

Then the guy just said, "Hmm, yeah, but right now you do." Keep in mind, the place was deserted.

How could a place operated by Jiffy Lube, with its high standards, and reputation for high quality work by outstanding qualified professionals, do something like this?

DOX, you are a Moron.

Who cares how far you drive. That is not their problem.

Suds has an Express Interior and Detail Centre. If you wanted a shampoo you need the Detail Centre. The Detail Centre works like any office and usually an appointment is required. It was possible the bays were empty but probably had been previously booked for that time.

If the Express Interior was empty for some reason and 'a bunch or workers were sort of hanging around' it has nothing to do with the Detail Centre.

If you needed your car washed and required an express interior clean you do NOT need an appointment.

Don't take something so simple and make it seem like the world is coming to an end.

Suck it up buttercup and understand you are not the only person in this world.

I am a customer and have been to this place many times. The customer service is excellent and this is the best place in town.

Did you even read what I wrote?

I wanted the interior detailed, with shampooing, so what makes you think I went to the express area? I specifically said THE WASH BAYS WERE EMPTY.

"Usually an appointment is required", you say. I said in my review that I had a pamphlet that said "no appointment required". Do you think I just made that up? I notice that Suds has since removed any reference to appointments on their website.
The workers were too lazy to do my car because they had about 2 1/2 hours before they got off shift, that's all there is to it. That's why it matters how far I drive. Because if something says "no appointment required", you might go out of your way to get to this place, only to find out what they really meant was "usually no appointment is required".

My guess is you work there, and are bitter about it. That is not my problem. This is a site for reviewing businesses, not defending your job.
