Adorable Kids Formal Wear Canada

Don't buy online from this store. I ordered an item from adorable kids Canada and was charged GST and shipping in CA$. When I received the product I was charged again for GST and handling as the product came from the USA. In their invoice it clearly says not to call them but send an email instead. I sent an email to the email address indicated in the invoice and never received an answer.

We ordered a first communion dress for our little one, and have had nothing but horrible customer service from it. They sent the right dress, but the sash that they said would match didn't! We purchased 2 sashes, one that was supposed to be the same white as the dress (it didn't!), we also purchased a sash in a different colour (they sent a completely different sash then what we ordered!).

Contacting them to get this corrected went like this...
-called the 1800 numbering was told to send an email, lady was very present but tried to convince me that I should be ok with my order the way it was... And that it would work just fine for what I needed!
-sent an email and on their page it says I would get a response within 24hrs (no response)
-sent another email about 72 hrs later (no response)
-tried calling them, as soon as they answer and I explain who I am and the problem they hang up! This goes on for days!
-try getting someone on their chat function on their webpage (once again as soon as I say my name... They disappear!)
-try countless more emails... No response!
-after about 2 weeks of this, I finally call and talk to visa and get the funds reversed as the product is not what I ordered!
-just found an email message from them today (I guess my Visa card refunded my payment) anyways, it was extremely rude and belligerent and accused me of stealing!

The sad thing is that there was. Really simple and easy solution for this company.... And instead of having any costumer service skills, they progressed it and escalated it into me talking to visa and getting a refund. All that they had to do originally was a acknowledge that a mistake had been made, and accept an exchange...we would have even been willing to pay for shipping! But instead of even talking about resolution they chose to ignore the whole situation and then send me nasty emails once the whole visa process is over! :(

Please be warned!

Purchased an outfit from their website. Price shown on the main page and the item page was lower than price charged at checkout. Adorable Kids refused to honour those first prices, despite notifying the company at time of checkout. They would not admit that their website was misleading, but then they changed their website after the fact to post the higher pricing.

I was wilfully over-charged, and the owner's attitude simply boiled down to "Too bad, so sad."

Never doing business with them again, and letting as many people as possible know they have no respect for their customers.

While the website is well laid out and selection is good (we were even able to find products here we could not find anywhere else), the overall experience left us very disappointed. We ordered and re-oredered 4 times due to a color transfer between the shirt and tie. This proved to be very frustrating. One of the re-orders came in the wrong size and when attempting to correct yet again, we were stone-walled with the return policy. I am certain that the staff at Adorable Kids will reference the terms and conditions in response to this. So my advice to anyone looking at this site is, be prepared for damaged goods and nearly impossible return policies to make your shopping experience one you will want to forget.
