Head Instructor, Master Raul Reis is a WTF certified 5th Dan black belt with over 30 years of Taekwondo experience. He competed at several national and international competitions. His competitive career culminated at the World Championships at Seoul South Korea in 1985.
HOURS OF OPERATION
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY 10am to 11am* - Mixed class (all ages) 5pm to 6pm - Mature Adults class (35+ up) 6pm to 7pm - Kids class (6 to 12) 7pm to 8pm - Adults class (13+ up) SATURDAY - 10am to 11am - Mixed class (all ages)
*MONDAY MORNING ONLY - 10:30am to 11:30am
