Happy Foot Spa

I received massage from one of the attendent (Hanna)...and it was my worst massage ever.
She is too soft and small..not made for the job.
Thought of leaving my note so that people are aware of picking her for you next massage.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TREAT YOU VERY RUDELY.

I bought a groupon and called the Britannia location to make an appointment for a foot massage. They booked me an appointment for the next day. When I got there, it turned out that for some reason they booked me for a full body massage, which I couldn't use my groupon for. When I asked if I can get a foot massage instead, they said no one was available to perform that service. I left disappointed.

I decided to give them another try and book an appointment for the next week. I made sure they understood on the phone that I wanted to book a foot massage and nothing else. When I got there for my appointment which was at 7pm, they asked me to sit and wait for half an hour. When I asked why, they said that they client before me had come half an hour late so it pushed my appointment as well. I told that that I was very upset about this and did not want to wait. They did not care. The only solution they offered me was to give me a half hour foot massage instead of an hour so I can leave at 8pm (even though my groupon was for a full hour). I continued arguing with them about how this was poor customer service and how they should treat their clients better. They did not care. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one because it was from groupon.

It's safe to say that my groupon has gone to waste because I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK.

I have been to Happy Spa a few times and will continue to go, the Treatment was amazing and staff was very obliging. A must try for all.

Visited their new location in Woodbridge, Ontario 3 times already for both massage and foot reflexology. Consistently great service and massage. Don't expect to walk in to a luxury spa but their massage was even better than a luxury spa would give you. Had a private room with 3 of my girlfriends for foot reflexology - great experience, we had a lot of fun.
