Mark was the best!

Happy Monday!

Theo and I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to your entire team for everything they did on Saturday August 12th.

Mark - that man deserves an award!!! With two massive rain storms he managed to keep extremely calm and made me feel confident and happy the entire day. He was truly amazing!!!

On Sunday we had friends and family raving about how phenomenal the servers at each table were and how they went above and beyond on every single detail to make the guests feel special.

We are truly so happy with how everything went and just wanted to thank you all for everything you did along the way.

Paletta mansion

Very clean and was set up exactly how we had asked, the décor was fantastic in the house and added a lot of character. The location/safety of location was wonderful – it was so nice to have the entire space to ourselves and could enjoy all areas (outside and inside) of the Mansion. Paletta was very accessible for all, staff helped our grandparents locate the elevators to the second floor which was great!

The staff were extremely nice! Everyone introduced themselves to me (the bride) and was smiling. Guests commented on how wonderful and attentive all staff were. Special shoutout to our bartender Chris and his assistant who handled a very large bar line all night and were so fast and efficient and most of all friendly. Everyone was professional, helpful and smiling which we loved!

Food exceeded our expectations. The quality/quantity/presentation/timing/temperature were all on point. Guests told us for many days after how delicious the food was and friendly the servers were (especially the chef on Pasta Bar!) – we were worried the food wouldn’t be enough as it was not a sit down meal but it was more than enough and everyone left very full

I can't even express how amazing everything turned out! It was absolutely spectacular and beyond what we expected. Everyone loved the mansion and the staff and the food was excellent!! The portions were amazing and everything tasted soo fresh and flavourful. We are so sad it's over

Beautiful venue
I just wanted to extend my sincere thank you for everything that you did to make sure that my daughter's shower was a memorable one.

It was perfect from beginning to end and Edge should be very proud to have Mark and Michelle on their team. They went out of their way to please everyone. I honestly can't say enough about them.

The venue is gorgeous, the food was so delicious and presented so well. With the expertise of Mark and Michelle, it was absolutely perfect in every way. They really went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Thank you Kelly for responding to my endless emails. You have a lot of patience. You made certain that everything I asked for was in place. It was perfect!

Please extend my thanks to everyone who mad this so special. Even the chef who was in charge of the food preparation, did an amazing job!!

The venue was definitely big enough for the size of our party (350 guests) All our guests had great feedback on the venue and the uplighting was a favourite.The banquet servers were very friendly and accommodating with the guests.
The food was delicious and is one of the highlights of the event. The kitchen did an amazing job in accommodating any food allergies and restrictions any of our guests had. The only thing we wished was during speeches, that the servers waited to serve the courses. It was a little distracting to the guests and our speakers.
We did not see Kelly or Zorka the day of the event but they were easy to contact via email. They were also very accommodating to any last minute changes and payments.Yes. This is our second year hosting an event at the OCC and many of the staff and parents had a great time. I won’t be surprised if they come back for their future events.

Our guests had nothing but amazing feedback for your staff and the event itself. The food was incredible! Every raved about the roast beef! The anti-pasto disappeared. It was excellent! The guests had a remarkable time. Everyone was accommodating. Mohammed is an absolute pleasure. I know he had to have patience as this was our first event and we wanted to make sure that our guests had the best time possible. You all helped us make that possible!


The staff were exceptional!

Amazing service, everybody had a blast!
We had a New Years' Eve wedding this past December, and everything went so well, due in part to the hustle from all of the OCC staff - we were taken care of especially well, but every single person at the wedding said the staff were awesome and that the food was great (and seemed like it was never-ending - everyone was more than full and deeply satisfied). The place was very well-decorated when we showed up, better than we ever could have imagined. The bartender especially was hustling to serve everyone and make sure that a line didn't build up, and was very personable, so I'd like to give a shout out to him as well.

I just wanted to thank you and the Oakville Conference Centre very much for your kind support of the 15th Annual Veterans Appreciation Luncheon held on November 7 at the Oakville Conference Centre. We truly appreciated the set-up and provision of chair covers the day before and all the help and support of your staff to ensure our Nation’s Heroes received the warm reception they are so deserving of. The staff were so lovely and accommodating on Sunday and Monday. Thank you as well for ensuring the front parking lot was blocked off. Truly appreciated!

You all make a difference! Most importantly, you are honouring our Veterans and they appreciate it so much as do we.

We simply could not continue hosting this little luncheon that grew without the kind support of many wonderful people like you and your staff and we cannot thank you enough!

amazing! thank you thank you thank you!

The facility was excellent and met all our expectations! We were so happy with the main house, tent and grounds. Everything was clean and well maintained. The size was perfect for our guests (150 people), not too big and overwhelming but also allowed everyone to mingle around and explore the grounds. As well, the location was perfect for us because most of our guests were from Mississauga so it was very convenient.


The entire staff for the evening was amazing! Each and every person was attentive, professional and helpful to all our guests and us. They made sure everyone was taken care of and no detail was left out. The best staff I have come across at a wedding in a long time!

The food was delicious! It met all our expectations and more! Our guests had nothing but praises for the food as well. Excellent dinner!



Excellent facility, service and food! Consider us extremely happy customers!

Just wanted to say thanks for everything. The night was absolutely perfect.
All my guess are still raving about the good and everyone has said how amazing it was especially the prime rib. The wait staff was super friendly which I really appreciate. Between mid night buffet and hor deurves there was lots of food, which was a big thing for me. I didn't want anyone to be hungry and no one was! The only thing I wanted to mention that I didn't on comment card because i realized after I filled out the card was that the cake was never cut and put out with the late night buffet , so none of it got eaten. Unfortunately I ended up having to give it to the decorators because I had no way to get it home. But other than that everything was absolutely amazing and I will defiantly be recommending to others! Another positive was our guests loved to drink and i appreciate that instead of cutting our guests off that they just closed the one bar. So thank you!

Good afternoon Zorka,

Thank you so much for reaching out and inquiring about our RBC Gala event at OCC. What can I say, we had an amazing time and once again there was absolutely nothing but great praise for the experience. You truly have a top team of professionals that made themselves available for any request that might have been asked through the night. The chef’s suggested menu was very impressive and everyone in attendance had options to pick from. I did hear from a few attendees that the dessert options didn’t seem as creative as the rest of the menu (still delicious) but they were looking for something more creative. I did manage to have one scoop of mashed potatoes with a few toppings and it was delicious, such a shame I had to go through the Tim’s drive thru on my way home, but such is the life of the organizer.

OCC provides a breathtaking backdrop for any event, and I honestly look forward to dealing with you and your staff over and over again in the coming years. I hope there wasn’t too much of a clean up after we left, we did try our very best. It was nice to see you walk through the rooms and see firsthand the vision I had in my head and how it came together. It must be interesting for you to meet with people that are looking to have events, hear what they are planning and then seeing what it actually looks like on the big day.

On a personal note, thank you so much for making my role as event planner appear effortless. Your recommendations, suggestions and options make it easy for me to shine.

Excellent Service!
Good Morning!

My name is Elizabeth and I attending my best friends' wedding at Holcim Waterfront estate in Mississauga this past Friday (Sept. 9th, 2016).

I just wanted to say that I had an amazing time and this is in part to the wonderful staff there. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were efficient and worked all night with a positive attitude.

I am a customer service supervisor at a travel company and I appreciate great customer service. Keep it up!

Lino, Barry and I would sincerely like to Thank you for being a huge part of the Success of our son, Justin's, Wedding Celebration. It was an Incredible evening, honestly. You know, we spent so much time helping to plan this event, that we hoped it would run smoothly, I gotta tell you, it exceeded my expectations...and let me tell you, I set the bar pretty high.
