Would you like your kids to be more ACTIVE? Taekwondo training builds strength, flexibility and stamina and instills confidence, discipline and self respect. Many of our students perform better academically by learning to concentrate and focus their energy. We care about every student. Ask our members.
We're the first club in Canada to support a Dartfish TV channel. We use Dartfish to improve athlete skills and have NCCP trained coaches for our competition team.
