Major Mack Electrical

We had some water coming into our electrical panel from main conduit that led outside. The conduit itself ran through a concrete pad in the front porch, below a garage floor and into the house. As far as residential electrical problems, this one gave every appearance of being extremely difficult to repair and very costly to fix. Other contractors were proposing demolition, excavation, scoping and complete replacements. We came across Charles at Major Mack Electrical who proposed a very different but feasible solution. He was professional, intelligent, and patient when he answered our many questions. He walked us through the process he proposed, and came out for a site consultation. After meeting him personally, his expertise became clear, and we hired him for the job. He coordinated repairs with the electricity provider, completed the work on time, neatly, and expertly, and obtained a Electrical Safety Authority's certificate of work. The cost was extremely reasonable and perfectly fair for the scope of the work and in all, he was worth every penny, so to speak. I would recommend Charles and his team of licensed electricians to perform any form of work, no matter how big, small, simple or complex the job may seem. He saved our family tens of thousands of dollars and countless weeks of major construction work. He really was our electrical saviour!

I had originally hired another independent electrician back in January 2012 who messed around and never did the job even after many follow ups with him. I found Major Mack via Internet research and contacted Charles about my situation. Within two weeks he had every thing organized and kept me completely informed along the way. Also because I have some health issues that cause me to suffer from the cold he supplied a generator to keep the furnace on while the job was being done. His men arrived on time, were very polite and congenial and proceeded to replace the panel in a fast, efficient manner. Plus they ensured that it was working properly checking all outlets, etc. They even found a wired that was connected to nothing, made sure it was not activated and labelled it accordingly. Upon leaving they swept up leaving the work area clean. This is a definite plus as I've had a lot of workers who leave behind a mess as they figure it's not their job to clean up. One of the men doing the job gave me his own number to contact him just in case but I doubt that it will be needed. All and all I am very happy I chose Major Mack and will be using them again for another small job I need done. I would highly recommend them as on top of the good work they do they also offer very reasonable prices. During my research I had several quotes done and some other companies were charging more than double what Charles charged. You can't go wrong with Major Mack.

Charles and his crew were fabulous. They walked this newbie through the entire procedure of light placement and design.
The job site was spotless, the crew arrived at the appointed time and finished ahead of time.
