This business is family owned, and they are good hard working people. Their selection is great, and their prices are very competitive.

This business claims to deliver materials within a certain range. I ordered some products delivered to my home a while back. I'm in a highrise on the top floor. At the delivery time the bell rang once, and then...nothing. I went down to see what was wrong with it. Meanwhile this guy had followed a neighbouf of mine into the building without waiting for me to let him in. We passed in the elevator. When I got back he was back on the top floor, extremely put out, although it was his own fault. Flash forward a few months. I place a large order, pay in advance. The delivery is supposed to take place tonight. I get a call from this man saying that he wasn't going to do it, but he'd 'put it aside' for me to pick up. And that he did not recommend that I shop there any more. I asked for a refund and will be very happy to shop elsewhere and recommend that everyone else do the same. There is better selection and much better service at Ren's Pet Depot. I just hope I get my money back.
