Decor floors

Decor Floors worked out a price for carpeting that was much better than the big home reno chains, and completed the installation on time, quickly and neatly. Can't ask for more than that.

We had to do a complete face-lift of the nursery area in our church in Hamilton, Ontario. One of the items we had to replace was the entire flooring.
One of our church members approached us with a contact from Decor Floors. The service at Decor Floors was just absolutely amazing, the personnel was extremely knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Once they understood our need, they proceeded with the recommendations of all related material. But Decor Floors not only helped us with the selection, but once they realized our need, they proceeded to donate the material and support in that wonderful way our community.
The product is of the highest quality, for even after being in use for almost a year; despite the intense traffic in the nursery and children room, the floors have retained its "new" appearance and look as if it was installed only days ago.
Not only was Decor Floors correct about the choices of all material selected, but they were so corteous and patient with us "first timers" to flooring. Decor Floors not only met our need technically and with perfect quality material - but they also saw our deeper need and donated the material.
Our entire experience with Decor Floors was amazing, excellent personnel, knowledgeable and corteous. Not only would we use them in the future to purchase for our flooring needs, but we would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a excellent and knowledgeable service as well as for flooring material of the best quality.

I recently bought Teakwood charcoal Hardwood. The charcoal teakwood looks great but the Installers did not do proper job. There are places on the floor that installer damage during the installation. Anish Sharma, the sales representative, promised to get it fixed but never fulfill the promise.
They charged me $750 with One year warranty but I think warranty is fake. Most of the time, they never picked up call to resolve my issue. I could have my own installer do the job for $450.
My recommendation is only for material but NEVER USE THEIR INSTALLERS.

I recently purchased my floors from decor floors on Eglinton and Dixie. I must say i was impressed by the personalized service i received from the sales staff. It was pre-decided between me and my wife to just browse but we end up buying not only the floors but the installation service as well . The job was perfect. All in all 4.5/5

I recently bought my floors from Decor Floors DIXIE location . I was welcomed by a young and enthusiastic sales person who gave me complete detailed information regarding the laminate i bought. He educated me on the various options the store had and i was amazed at the wide variety of choices the store had . All in all it was a great experience and i would recommend decor floors to everyone. Since there always scope for improvement i give Decor 4.5 starts/5

I hired Décor floors (Dixie Street location.) to remove my worn out hardwood floors and replace them with (Armstrong) laminate floors and I'm glad that I choose them.

As all home owners can attest, replacing the entire floor in a condo is not an easy ask, especially, when this installation happens to be your very first one. Like everybody I had lot of questions and wanted to balance quality and costs.

I spoke to 3 other vendors before speaking to Décor floors and I have not come across such personalized service. I was amazed with the level of knowledge of the sales staff, who introduced me to the many options and configurations they would fit my need and bill. The folks also shared the advantages and disadvantages of the many hardwood and laminate floor options and allowed me to make a free choice. I found their recommendations to be bang on and were solutions I could realistically consider and pursue. Finally, the store also allowed me to borrow a bunch of test samples to see its 'fit' in my condo. This gave me a better understanding of how my floor would look in its natural lighting conditions and match it with the color of my walls.

I'll agree that there are improvements that these folks could make. I found that not all installers speak english, so I had to use diagrams and lay the laminate floors as an example to communicate what I had on mind. Once they understood my perspective they completed the job swiftly.

I have been recommending Décor floors to everyone who is interested in changing their floors and they'll surely be my first stop for tiles and carpets and other floor products, as I grow and take the next big house.

All in all, I can say, I loved the service provided with a smile.
