The kids love coming here but the experience from a parent's point of view is not the best since the staff are so grumbly, especially the older of the two ladies. I witnessed her yelling at the children for making a mess and asking for who the culprit was and she made the other children help her clean it up. Hello?? Isn't this a children's play facility?? kid's make a mess when they play..don't make them clean it up especially if someone's paying you to clean it up. On the website they say they clean up from start to finish. That's a bunch of BS. I also saw her making some kids go up into the tunnels at the top to clean up some toys that were brought up there. This is a great place for the kids to play but I don't understand why the staff have to do be so grumpy. I've been to like 10 birthdays here and every time is the same grumbly attitude. I don't get it...

have attended daily play regularly...fresh coffee always brewing for moms...fun music.....lots of light from the large windows through out the center..and very clean..my kids and I love it

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!! Wonderful facility, best party ever!! This was my 6th party, and although my daughter is 9 years old now, she still wanted her party there..Highly recommend!!!

My son had a very nice birthday at Alltimate Party N Play. The facility is lots of fun and it was nice that I didn't need to do any cleanup after having such a big party. However, I did not find the owner and staff to be very friendly. Also, anyone thinking of booking here should know that the prices on their website are not accurate. If you do book with them, please make sure you ask to see your bill. Look over their calculation very carefully because I'm not too confident in their math skills. I quickly looked at my bill to make sure they weren't charging me for anything extra and it looked fine but when I get home and do the same calculation (note: you do not get a copy of the bill), I'm short about $35. Also, there are extra charges for any amount of kids over 20 (they don't tell you this when you book with them), and the cost of the helium balloons is about DOUBLE of what it shows on their website. I accepted all of these price differences and I still don't know how they calculated my total cost. Also, if you want to pay by credit card, they will charge you an additional 3%

Overall, my son had a lovely birthday but given the business practices of the owner, I would not use this facility again.

I recently had my son's 3rd birthday party at Alltimate after a fellow mom recommended it. We had a GREAT experience from start to finish. The staff was very helpful at the time of booking and outstanding the day of the party. I felt like a guest rather than the host. I was very pleased with the platters and cake we ordered - nice spread! They cleaned up and packed all the leftover food/cake for us to take home.

I did read the earlier reviews and wonder if they have a new owner as I didn't witness an ounce of impatience or nastiness from any of the staff. I would certainly recommend Alltimate to anyone looking to book a party for a young child. I'd say there is plenty to do at this facility for kids between 3-6.

Fantastic facility!!!! I hosted my first party at this facility and I would defineately do it again. I walked in and everything was taken care of from start to finish. It was the first time I actually enjoyed hosting a party. I got to see my guests and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this playground!!!

Recently attended a birthday party at Alltimate Party n Play for a friend of my four-year-old. The facility itself was only OK, the play structures and toys pretty basic, but the worst part was the cranky staff who couldn't be pleasant once! As an example, my kid wanted to keep the paper party hat that was by his place at the table (standard issue kid's party hat, probably cost $2 for a pack of 25) and he and I were told, pretty rudely, that they "didn't give them out" and that the hats "were just for table decorations." Seriously? Who would begrudge a cheap paper hat to make a potential client happy? I've been to several nice indoor playgrounds for kids' parties, and used a couple of them for my own kids - this was NOT one of them.

We attended a party at this venue. The place is terrific - lots of great things for the kids. However, the staff are beyond RUDE!! I couldn't believe it. For a place that should be child-friendly, they are are completely the opposite. The women seem stressed, are like drill sargeants when they speak to the kids (shouting at them to sit down, not pleasant or smiling, etc.), they become angry if a child transports food onto the carpet, etc. A total downer to parents. It's understandable that they want to keep the place clean but, come on, getting angry when a 2-year-old takes a piece of bread past the tiled area is ridiculous and unreasonable. I also heard that, when you purchase a platter from them for your party, THEY keep the left-overs! Seems like a money-grub for them and, also, gross. What are they doing with the left-overs? Serving them to the next group? Again, the venue is really nice but, I'd think twice because of the service. As a guest, we felt bossed around.
