Every time i have had my 2 dogs groomed here they look great. Well taken care of. Any direction given about the cut are heeded.My dogs like it there. Running free instead caged petted and socializing with groomers own dogs is nice.

Pampered Pooch Salon & Spa gave me a horrible haircut, service and experience. The groomer did not listen to how I wanted my dogs hair trimmed and cut it very short. When I picked up my dog, she got defensive and rude when I was unhappy with how my dog looked. In addition, I brought my dog home to find that its paw pad was badly cut and was bleeding. When I called to see what happened and get an explanation on why she didn't notice it or tell me about it, she did not answer or call back to my voicemail. I will not be ever returning to this groomer. Do not bring your dog here!!

Every day and every night the dogs at this home are left outside to bark. The dogs are jumping over the fence as well. The constant barking and the fact that there doesn't seem to be anybody home during the day or night is becoming a problem. Not only will the city be called but I will also be calling the OSPCA and voicing my concerns in regards to the animals left at this location to cause noise and jump fences.
I wish I knew this before I had my dog groomered here. I would not have set up an appointment with her.

my dog adores going there. there are no cages, he runs around freely and plays all day, at the same time he gets groomed and looks great
I live next door to these people and I'm sure your dog enjoys being abandoned all weekend (at least every time I look to see if someone Is home for me to voice my concerns nobody ever is, and yet the dogs are alone outside) to fend for itself and I hope your dogs not there when I call the OSPCA and the City.
