I had lease my first car Toyota Corolla 2015 from this Delariship ! I Was more than happy that I ended up getting my new vehicle from Yorkdale delariship rather than any other dealerships! Thank you to the great sales person Duke who went over all the details about the car and it's features ! Peter was the greatest manager I could ever meet he helped me to decide on my first vehicle, he introduced me to all the information that I didn't know before about the car and made a comparison why I should get the car I got ! I also got my paper work done ealier than was supposed to thanks to Gusieppe! He rushed to do it for me and got all my papers done in one day because I couldn't wait to drive my new car ! This was not our first time purchase at Yorkdale Toyota. We bought a Yaris there 8 years ago and loved our experience. And even though we now live in Mississauga we chose to go out of our way to get that same amazing service. in Toronto. Our salesperson, Peter Huynh was simply incredible. So knowledgeable, so informative but most of all so humble and patient and kind. This was not a "rush" service because Peter took his time and calmly explained everything. The showroom was busy that day..(people come for the service and stay for the car) but it did not faze him at all. In fact from start to finish it was an amazing experience. It was a very smooth, comfortable process, leaving me nothing but happy with my new car and experience. We needed a new van and went to the Toyota dealership closest to our house. Unfortunately for them, they weren't willing to really negotiate a price (spent an hour there nickle and diming, when we needed to deal in real dollars!) So we checked out Yorkdale Toyota and met John, our sales consultant. He was friendly and knowledgeable and wanting to make a deal. With very little effort, we negotiated the price we wanted and drove off in our new van the next day. Financing was a breeze as well. Don't waste your time at other dealerships. Come here and deal with John!!!!
