im leaving this review to let someone know about the awful customer service experience I had today. I called yesterday to arrange a tow for my fathers truck at 11am today. At that time I gave the make/model of my vehicle, and the issues with it. A gentleman called this morning to confirm that he'd be there at 11am. Then, at 10:40 a different gentleman called me, who seemingly knew nothing about my make/model/issues with the vehicle, and proceeded to tell me that unless I could go verify it would go into neutral he would not meet me at the vehicle at 11. He explained that it wasn't his fault. So, I called your 'costumer service' line only to have my first call 'disconnected.' I called back, and was met with a hostle tone and a woman that repeated it wasn't her fault. Then, she told me my tow was cancelled and hung up on me. Then, when I called back she declined my calls. I don't understand why anyone in customer service would behave this way, but it really is inappropriate. I also run a business, and if I found out that one of our front line employees was this hostle and aggressive with a customer I would be mortified. Thank you for literally ruining my morning and disrupting my day (the day I took time to

Most tow companies take you when they can. Ask them what they do when you get into an accident. They are the nicest most polite people you meet, why? because they want to hook your vehicle up. once they do you are SCREWED. They are like vultures, they sit waiting with their scanners waiting for an accident. Once they hook your vehicle up they will tell you that they will tow it to this great shop. They will get you to agree to tow it to the shop they recommend because they get a cut of the business they bring in. Before they tow it to the shop they will tow it to thier pound. They will tell you not to worry about it because your insurance company will pay for it. They will then charge your insurance company an insane rate for the towing and storage cost. They will then re-tow the vehicle to the shop in another city charging another insane towing rate, storage rate for however long they kept it at thier pound then an out of city fee, kms, dollies, clean up etc. you name it they charge for it. when you insurance company does not pay for it, guess what, you get stuck with the bill. But they dont tell you this up front. Even if the insurance company covers your accident, when the insurance company tries to move your vehicle to reptuable shop they play games and say they dont have consent to hand over the vehicle to the insurance company, they will do this for as long as they can and milk it as much as possible, why? because the longer they keep the vehicle the more storage they can charge for. That polite tow driver that you met rigth after the accident does not tell you all of this. Some of them even lie and ask you to sign a piece of paper saying it is for the towing ,however what you are really signing is a work authorization for a shop to do repairs on your vehicle, however they do not tell you that is what you are signing. Its all a scam so they can make as much money as possible. At the end of it all if your insurance does not cover your accident you get stuck with the bill. It can cost a mininum of $1200 if you get stuck in this trap and that is a mininum it can cost you upwards of $2500 depending on what they decide to charge for towing, storage, clean up, admin, kms etc.. They don't tell you about all of these fees upfront, once they hook your vehicle up you are screwed. If you insurance company does end up paying for your accident, they pay these insane rates and at the end everyone's insurance rates goes up. This is one of the reason why insurance rates are so high. For anyone reading this please know your rights towing companies and the shops they are affiliated with can really screw you over and literally take you for everything you have.

I was drivin home on the oher day and had just turned off the 401 when I felt the back tire start to wobble. I pulled over, checked it out and realized that it had come loose. I had no idea what to do so I called GTA Towing & Roadside Assistance. Te driver who came over was great. He had a look at it, determined it wasn a flat, he put on the spare told me that it should be fine for a while but i should go and get it fixed. The price was reasonable and the service was friendly.
Great Job
