We had an old, heavy, LARGE rear projection TV in the basement that no longer worked and we needed it hauled away. I booked Just Junk on line and selected the time slot I wanted for the next day. The company charges you based on the amount of space used in the truck, not for weight or moving the items to the truck. I chose 8-10am time slot and they arrived by 8:05. I was provided with a quote up front and had the option of not proceeding. Because I booked on line, I was given a 10% discount. The two men who came were friendly and courteous (wore shoe covers in the house). I would definitely use this service again.
