I like those guys. They are smart and knowledgeable.

I was new to area and don't know/trust a mechanic in Guelph. My SUV back brakes were making a loud noise- I also needed my scheduled oil change so I searched online. I seen the $19.99 oil change on there website and also seen they do FREE brake inspections-BONUS! I got in next day (Nancy was very pleasant) and the mechanic brought me out to show me what the issues were with my brakes, easy fix while I was there didn't have to make a future appointment did it all with in the hour. Mechanic also found cracks in my ABS rings, he said most places recommend replaceing whole ABS system(obv more $) but he said a easy fix is just replace the rings! I was in & out with not a huge bill and didn't feel like I was taken advantage of- I will DEF recommend and continue to go to Meineke on Woodlawn in Guelph.
Nancy emailed me quote very next morning for ABS and got me in that afternoon- she said when it comes to brakes other customers oil changes can hold off- brake are important to safety. I felt like they really cared and weren't out to scam you.

This is a husband and wife run business. Nancy and Tim have mastered the art of customer service and making you feel like your business actually matters to them. I have 2 late model Hondas and will only take them there for service. Tires, oil changes, brake jobs, they do it all and for less than any dealer would ever charge. They are the best. Period.
