Their web site has an airport transportation chart quoting prices depending on your location, but when you call they give you a higher price and then if you say okay there are extras to tack on that wasn't in the quote. So they still seemed a litte cheaper than others and booked with them. They were late picking us up to catch our flight by 25 minutes and when we arrived home from our vacation our driver for the pre-arranged pickup didn't even show up. We called and the office said the driver wasn't answering his phone so there was nothing they can do. They didn't even offer us another driver or any help in finding an alternative way home. They just said get a Taxi which isn't easy for six adults with luggage at 1:30 am, but Airport security was a big help getting us one. AA Limo never even offered to call us the cab or give us a phone # to call one... they just hung up on us and left us stranded.
