Eco Duct Cleaning

We just had a great experience with Eco Duct Cleaning. Setting up the time was easy and fast even though it was a holiday weekend. Job was done in professional manner with no mess behind. Thank you Mark!

I would never usually write a review , but after seeing a negative review about this company .I had too.

I used Eco Duct Cleaning last week from an online voucher purchased from WagJag. I emailed the company to set up an appointment and received a couple possible dates for service the next day.

I was surprised , not only to have communication with the owner but he was also the guy that showed up to do the service . Mark was a very nice and funny guy who explained the work that he would be doing. THE BEST SURPRISE was the cost. I ended up paying around $100 for a furnace and duct cleaning. This is a couple hundred dollars cheaper then I have paid in the past for what I consider a better job. I appreciate small owner and operator companies. I will recommend Eco Duct Cleaning.

Bought the duct cleaning service through "wagjag". Took awhile to get him to respond in the beginning. Then he did and ask a few questions.I responded to his questions. Never heard from him again so I sent another email. He indicated I didn't respond to his email. I sent him a copy of the email showing I did respond and answered his questions. He was kind of rude. Just said cancel with "wagjag". I wouldn't buy this kind of service through wagjag again. Seems they're not obligated to fulfill their commitment.

Got a coupon from wagjag, my mistake. This company is impossible to get a hold of. It took several phone calls and emails to get a response a month later. His excuse was he was waiting for more work in the Barrie area, not my problem. This voucher from wagjag has an expiry date and its eco duct cleanings job to honour my purchase. Now its the day of my cleaning and once again I can not get a hold of them to confirm they are still coming today, as well as no call or email since my booking to confirm the date or time. I am extremely displeased with this company and will probably have to go through wagjag to get my money back. Does this company exist or is this a scam?

I had my ducts cleaned by Mark and was very impressed with the service. Wow! What a difference in my home afterwards. Mark is definetly my ductman!!

I I had Eco duct cleaning in yesterday June 18th to clean our ducts. We had a flood and this was the company the insurance company sent . We have had our ducts cleaned in the past with other companies, and felt like they left a mess behind for me to clean. Eco duct cleaning did a fantastic job at our place and we now will use them in the future.
They are the sub contractor for service master (insurance restoration) and as far as my family is concerned a good company ! Will recommend this company to our friends and family.

Just had Eco in my home. Booked them from Kijiji.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. They were in and out in an hour. Unkown to this company I am a Gas Tech. When he attempted to clean my furnace I asked to see his Gas Ticket. They did not have one, so he could not touch my furnace, and I stopped him from doing so.
How many others were taken by this company. After they left I went downstairs and banged on my exposed duct work and could here junk still in my ductwork.
Had an HVAC truck come in to finish the job.

CAUTION: I have been trying to reach Eco Duct Cleaning since December to set up an appointment with no success. The contact number goes directly to voicemail instructing customers to email him but he will not reply back. My wagjag voucher expired in April. There is no way Wagjag should be endorsing this business.

Used coupon, they showed up on time and did a good job!

Will use Eco duct cleaning again.

The owner will not respond to numerous attempts to contact him. I wonder if "Mark Luffman" really exists. I wonder if he puts forth these great reviews himself. The negative ones all have the same complaint....no contact!
