If I had read these reviews I would have never brought my cat to this place. I was there at 5am only one or two other animals there. I was charged way too much for the nothing they did. The recommendation was a waste of money for what it did. It didn't change the situation I was in and their fees are extortionate. I agree and think all vets and hospitals should be regulated and capped so they can't do this to people not everyone is rich and tired of being used as a cashpoint and made to feel I don't care about my pet because I can't afford their fees. Insurance does bugger all and can't afford that either. Most vets I have had so far in my last 10 yrs are all the same it's about money and not the animals they treat. I get they have to make money and sure they are rolling in it and they wonder why us pet owners are mistrustful. You shouldn't have to be rich millionaire to own a pet it isn't fair and isn't a luxury item either. We love our pets and they take advantage isn't right.

Fancy Big Building, Lot's of Staff, VERY VERY EXPENSIVE....brought my cat in to get a ultra-sound refered by my vet as it was a Saturday and he could not do it till the Monday. My cat went in NOT EATING and picked up 24-hours later still NOT EATING. The most appalling thing was when l left my cat l was told l had to pay for half of the bill.....almost $ 1400.00 as the Hospital gave me a Low amount & High amount for my estimate ....No follow up from Hospital after my cat leaving......grab the money of a total of $ 2026.00 . I went there with X-rays from my vet plus blood work from my vet and this Hospital still went ahead and did new ones ......3-times the cost .....just to talk to the doctor 3-times the cost......If you LOVE your PET and want to keep your MONEY stay away from this place......This is highway robbery with no care for animals......it's the biggest money grab l have ever encountered.....
When l was leaving a guy was paying his bill for his dog $ 6080.00 "OUCH"
This Place Should Be looked Into and Vet Care really should be regulated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attended this hospital with a very sick cat on Saturday of the July 1st long weekend. When the woman at reception finally acknowledged our presence she delivered short sharp questions. When trying to explain the situation she abruptly cut me off and said the emergency staff will deal with that! Then turned away. Her behaviour would lead one to feel that it was a pain for us to be there. I told her we were going somewhere else that her attitude was not warm or caring. All business!! Our cat had emergency surgery for acute pyometra at another clinic.

I've brought 3 of my dogs here for emergency and specialty treatment. The care was top notch, and everyone was very friendly and the doctors were very communicative. I don't find their fees that out of whack from other clinics I've been too - they just are able to do so much more for my pets when needed. I would never hesitate to bring my furry family members here!

routine gallbladder surgery recommended but when they discovered low blood pressure prior to surgery, we were not informed. Low levels of anesthetics and analgesics during surgery due to low bp. Dog's muscles became tense during stitching. Right after surgery surgeon told us everything went smoothly. 5 hours later we got call about kidney failure and finally learned about low blood pressure and complications ie swollen organs and difficult closure it caused when stitching, and much pain and anxiety. Post-surg dog could not be given adequate meds for pain and anx because they would lower on already low blood pressure and increase already fast heart rate.....They only told us of serious issues after the fact. Then they downplayed his pain and new poorer prognosis, in order to continue expensive stay and longer recovery. After 20 hours of of extreme pain, we had him euthanized. Very expensive looking facility. Vets who recommended treatment all part owners of this business
