Working with Lance and team on our different parking needs and projects has delivered excellent, personalised service, and beyond-expectations results. This contractor's crew and project leaders will always make sure to clearly define layouts, durability expectations, and confirmation of details. Communicating with them throughout the projects is easy and effective, and because they have a sizeable, experienced team, they can manage any size project with excellent delivery times. Transacting business with a professional people like Lance makes a little project works best. He was one among few contractors asked by the board to come over and to discuss details of work and he presented it well so his team did it accordingly. Payment got delayed because of a reason and we were not penalized. So if someone is looking a pavement contractor, this team is highly recommended.
Really pleased with the work they did on my property. So far, its been a year, and the sealant is still pitch black and lasting well.

I would have to say that the team at Sure Seal are the best in the industry. We have used them on numerous projects And they went above and beyond our expectations. Their equipment is all top of the line and their professionalism is next to none. I would recommend them to my friends, my family and my colleagues.
Always leery and suspicious of handing over a large advance deposit to secure a date. But Lance seemed like a nice guy that knew his work.
Lo and behold when the day came ( May 24 weekend of 2021 ) that we planned 5 months earlier they showed up in force, organized and on time. Was very impressed by the work they did and the employees attitudes and politeness. They did a great job on our parking lot and were great to work with. No complaints. At least you know that Lance is honest and will do what they say they will do which is becoming rare these days.

outstanding service and quality of work! Just met the crew at the street, short call to the office, and day after I had out driveway like a brand new (even better)! Very clean - very precise - very accurate - high quality sealing. They did not ask me to sit home, wait for them, be ready to meet foreman, etc :) I am happy and will recommend this company to anybody
Did a lousy job. Gave a "2 year" warranty. Refused to honour it.
Next time he gives you "references" ask him for one from 1101 Pharmacy Ave. Toronto.
