Ruffin's Pet Centre

They used to be great - friendly service - since it changed hands it has gone way down - groomer definitely has not improved their image either . Totally different service between last two times I had my dog groomed there. Last time my dog was left alone - scared and shaken when I arrived buzzed so close to skin it was a miracle she didn't cut him ! Never going back!

I have to say the staff at Ruffins are fantastic! I have always had a friendly helpful person attend to my pet needs.

I once left my debit card in the debit machine and the gentleman working actually called me and drove over my debit card to me after the store closed! You won`t find that in the big city!

A pleasure to shop there!
