Elmas Meat Processing (“EMP”) is a Provincially Inspected meat processing Plant with over 20 years experience in the food industry. We specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of Gyros/Donair, kabobs and burgers products made with 100% beef and the highest quality of spices. All EMP products do not contain any chemical additives or MSG.
