I am lucky to have bought my first two vehicles at import motors.
Markus truly is a professional and considerate salesman.
When buying my first (2007 Toyota Camry) Markus was very informative. He explained the ins and outs of everything I didn't understand, like how financing interest and credit reports work. He even taught me how to drive manual. Being my first financed car he suggested I get gap insurance on it to ensure I was not at a loss in case the car was in a write off accident. Sure enough 7 months later driving through the snow I slid and was in a collision. Thank god Markus talked me into that gap insurance, because I was able to drive off in a 2008 Subaru Forester within 2 weeks of the accident. I could only imagine now the grief I would have felt taking the bus to work and paying off the rest of a car I only had for half a year. Thanks again Markus your a life saver. Ill be seeing you again when I decide to upgrade from the Subaru. =D

I want to start by saying, I do not get impressed that easily. Markus went above and beyond to make it happen for me.
I walked in and after an hour and half later, I was approved for a car.
Markus took the time to explain my credit report and I found out things that I was not aware of.
I like the fact that he is a straight shooter, pulls no punches…

my husband and I have super bad credit and we desperately needed a reliable vehicle. I was thrilled and amazed with the quick results Markus seemed to magically deliver in financing my new car, in less than 24 hours! Due to a bad credit history, I had been turned down at a dealership for a much smaller loan, but was assured at Import Motors that there would be no problems. Markus was able to get me a much lower interest rate and better vehicle than I imagined possible.

My wife and I were talking about upgrading our car to fit our expanding lifestyle, but were not sure where to turn. A friend from work refered me to Import Motors. I will be honest, when I first went to contact Markus at Import Motors I contacted the wrong dealership (which will remain nameless). I went to meet with the other dealership, not knowing this at the time, and was met with ok service. We do not have the greatest credit and they were not very much help in explaining why we needed a co-signer. Once I found out that I went to the wrong place, I contacted Markus. I recently bought a used 2007 Toyota Corolla, and Markus was extremely professional and helpful, I can say this has been the best car buying experience ever!. My girlfriend and I tried another big dealership in the area since, they were extremely pushy and only cared about us signing off the car loan, even tho payments we`re out of our budget range. After contacting Markus at Import Motors we sat down and discussed our options he even walked through my credit history with me. He even stayed an extra hour after close to finish our consultation. Long story short he was able to approve me with a payment I could fit into my budget and way less then the other dealership. I never felt once pressured to buy. Markus really cares about his customers and will go the extra mile. I can also say he sell nothing but quality cars, after my purchase I brought it to a Toyota dealership and after an inspection they could find nothing wrong with the car!
