We would like to thank you for the outstanding service and hospitality. We have had the pleasure of having many events there from both our childrens weddings, anniversaries and annual Christmas family parties and well as communions and many other events. One stop venue Sophicated Elegant and so much more.

Just had a Stag Party at The Royalton and it was a great success. Everyone loved the food, bartenders were amazing and the staff were so helpful. We asked for a layout change last minute and it was no problem. They honestly made the entire night a breeze and we were 1 of 3 parties they had going on that night. I would recommend The Royalton to anyone looking to host any type of event!

We recently had our wedding at The Royalton on October 28 2017. Let me start by saying we went to 7 different halls in Woodbridge before finally meeting Mario and seeing the spectacular venue. My husband and I are Portuguese and Lebanease so the food and the bar were top priorities for us, and they did not disappoint. Our guests are still raving over the fantastic food and bar tenders. The antipasto was nothing short of first class. The live rissoto stations were absolutely to die for. Not one plate left the kitchen without Mario or Franks approval. All of the dietary needs were met and exceeded. The wait staff were absolutely amazing. They went over and above for us and our guests and made sure we had everything we needed and than some.

The Royalton had recently been renovated a few months prior to our wedding and truthfully The hall is absolutely Gorgeous!! The chandeliers are true showstoppers.

Aside from the amazing venue, Mario is truly the reason why we chose to get married there. From the moment we arrived for our first appointment we were treated as family. I shared my ideas and even though some were a little over the top he made sure no detail was missed and I had a dream wedding.

I cannot thank you all enough for everything you have done for us. You made our wedding, bridal shower and stag better than anything we could have imagined!

My Daughter's Wedding was held at the Royalton on Friday, June 30th. It was an Indian wedding ceremony which followed straight into Cocktail and reception. During all the functions Mr. Frank Perri, General Manager and his staff were exceptional in catering to all our needs. Throughout the whole evening from 3pm - 1am, Frank was available to guide us and look into all our needs and requirements.
Frank and his staff flawlessly transitioned the flow from wedding to cocktails in the Lobby.

During the Hindu Wedding Ceremony, the staff was extremely helpful to make all necessary arrangements and provide Tea/Coffee.

The Bar Service was exceptional. The quality and selection of drinks were great and the bartenders were very professional in preparing all types of cocktails.
Dinner was provided from an outside caterer but the Dessert Table was absolutely stunning which the Royalton had put together.
We had a group of over 300 people. Everyone was extremely pleased with how the event took place. We had booked The Royalton after attending 2 functions here in the past. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have had multiple appointments with Mario and each time it was confirmed with him. Everytime I would go in to meet him he was never there and they would say he is in a meeting. The last time I has called in just to let him know I was coming in late they had put me on hold 5 times to come back to tell me his not coming in and his in another appointment and he won't be coming back for the whole day. There very unprofessional and disgusting people. There are many banquet halls in the same area. They need to understand that we don't have to give them thousands of dollars to get disrespected and deal with it. We will be going somewhere else !!!

Just had my wedding this past weekend. The service and food was outstanding. The antipasto bar was phenomenal. My guest absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this venue. They exceeded my expectations!

I had the pleasure of attending the wedding of Michelle and Alex at your facility on July 16th and had a great time. Your facilty and wait staff were excellent, but, the food...best I have ever had at a wedding. Everything was delicious, from the salad to the dessert, but the best was the ribeye steak! Everyone at our table loved it it. So the reason for this e-mail...could I get your recipe if I promise to use it only at home???? (The pasta recipe would be nice too! Feedback on our July 2016 wedding.



To start, we really did love dealing directly with Mario through our entire process. You were professional, honest, caring, quick to respond with any requests/questions we had and always had our best interest in mind. We cannot thank you enough for all of your help and it made the process enjoyable.

The wedding day
Walking into the hall was amazing, everything was perfect! The guests loved the antipasto bar, cocktails, and servers. We had a ton of compliments on the antipasto bar and bread which was great to hear!

First course (pasta and risotto)
-everyone raved about the risotto! It was an absolute hit with everyone in the room. This was the same for the penne alla vodka for the most part but the sauce did taste as though the onions did burn in the pan while it was being made.

Second course (filet mignon and lobster tail)
Again, the steak and lobster were cooked to perfection! Everything was seasoned well, warm, and served nicely. We were very happy with this course.

Dessert
A great array of choices for people to choose from. All in all, they were good.

Issues
Our big complaints is due to any dietary restrictions/allergies we noted at each table. These were clearly marked for your staff and we had the following:
1)people receiving food they were allergic to,
2)people only getting potatoes and roasted vegetables and not the vegetarian alternative,
3)not get their ordered food at all(one was over 25 minutes)

Overall, this really made put a damper on the event considering these people gave generous gifts and didn't even get a complete meal.

Second, we would like to quickly talk about the days before the wedding. When we came in and saw the linens for the first time, we had a mini freak out. I do understand that you were not in charge of the linens, but George was fine to put linen with pen all over it on the tables. Again, I understand that this is not your responsibility but a quick call would have made it easier to resolve instead of finding out the day of.
Again, only a minor detail but we were really put back by some of the comments George made during our last couple visits. It was contradicting, arrogant, and rude in some cases and it made dealing with him a hassle. I know this may sound petty/trivial but I do believe that this can sour or prevent people from using the Royalton to host their wedding and events.

I would highly recommend the hall to anyone looking to get married. The food is amazing and staff are great. The above feedback items need to be discussed with the staff before to avoid any expectation shifts and issues later on.

Most disappointing! The thing we weren't worried about was the food !(wrong ) Mario assured us over and over and our tasting was most delicious however our food was not good ! We started with no antipasto on the brides family table , when we told Mario he suggested the other family members may have eaten it ! Fresh calamari was also promised for the bride/groom and bridal party.... There was no calamari in sight when they entered the hall. The white pasta was a little dry but the filet migon was completely over cooked no bacon on most and it seemed it was about half the size of the one's served at our tasting ,it was served in a thick dark not tasty sauce (was not a Demi glaze) the texture was like leather ! Some chicken was very dry others were ok . A friend said hers was so dry she couldn't cut it ! The uncle of the groom point blank said the food is horrible, the Uncle of the bride said he heard rumours about the chef not being very good and a friend said you don't come to a wedding for the food ! So you know it wasn't good when there is no compliment ! When we called the following week Mario said he would call the next week , Frank called whom we have never dealt with and said he was unaware of these problems how ever if we had told him that night he may have been able to do something, like what? Cook another 350 steaks! I don't think so. The main course was delayed by the royalton which Mario said he knew nothing about!
At the end of the evening we were not given anything from the sweet table or even the brides cake which she brought and the waffle station only had Nutella ,when my daughter asked but its not just Nutella, Mario said "Oh no it will have everything"! Wrong it only had Nutella! We have had a real eye opener. Our daughters wedding was one of four this season and her meal was the most terrible!
I guess the royalton isn't worried about future bookings as our 350 guests won't be making any future bookings there and I now realize why all must be 100% paid in advance that way it doesn't matter what they serve! Most disappointed! It is very disheartening to know people in this business are so selfish and really don't care about your party!
Also the reason for my delay in posting this is I wanted our children to know I was doing this, and they have just returned from their honeymoon.

Thank you so much to the Royalton for hosting my Bridal Shower last week! My guests and I enjoyed a beautiful atmosphere in the Sili Lounge, delicious food, and such helpful staff. Special thanks to George who coordinated the day for me... not only did he make sure the logistics of the afternoon ran smoothly, but more importantly, he showed my guests great attention and care, and was especially helpful in assisting my ill mom throughout the afternoon. I am very much looking forward to my wedding there in a few weeks!

We recently celebrated our daughters' baptism reception at the Royalton and everything was just wonderful. Mario co-ordinated our event with superb attention and exemplary service. Along with Lydia, Angelo and the courteous wait staff, our event was most memorable and, importantly, stress-free! The food was wonderful and enjoyed by all. The decor and set up were lovely and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to host such a special celebration.
This was our second event at the Royalton and we will be sure to come back again.

We had our wedding at the Royalton last July and it was the best experience we could ever ask for. Mario is the best person to work with and so professional. The food and the service was perfection. After researching and visiting dozens of banquet halls, I finally found the perfect one, which encompasses absolutely everything I could have hoped for. I just met with Mario at The Royalton and booked my September 2016 wedding. The hall is stunning and immaculately maintained. Based on the experience of family and friends, the food is beyond outstanding, there is an abundance of beverage/food and the presentation exceeds a 5 star rating. Mario is very attentive and accommodating and treats your occasion as if it were his own. He is very passionate about his work and strives to exceed your expectations in every way. You cannot go wrong with this venue. They have been operating for over 20 years and know how to provide excellent service and a flawless event. I look forward to working with The Royalton and am thrilled that I have selected this venue after and long and tedious search.

I recently coordinated a wedding for a couple who hosted their reception at this venue. The hall is elegantly stunning from the exterior to the interior. It's clean, well maintained inside and outside. The foyer is beautiful and the crystal chandelier is to die for! My pre-event meeting with them felt like dinner with the family!

Mario DeCicco and George have been in this business for a long time and their professionalism in welcoming and on point. The night of the wedding Mario, who is the owner of this venue, opened the door and greeted our guests as they entered the hall. George was our Banquet Manager for the evening and he worked tirelessly to ensure the evening ran smoothly.

I don't typically write reviews, but I was always taught to give credit when credit is deserved.

My wife and I got married October 10th at the Royalton. From start to finish The Royalton showed their excellence. Upon first visit, I was impressed with the overall energy of the staff and venue. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and made you feel like family. They understand how important your special day is and work with you to create a wonderful event.

We had our ceremony at The Royalton, followed by hors d'oeuvres and a champagne station. The meal itself, from antipasti, main course, and dessert, was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was wonderful, and my guests had a blast!

I was particularly impressed with Mario and George! Their help throughout the planning process and the evening was greatly appreciated. They are professionals at what they do and it shows.

Overall, fantastic venue, amazing staff, delicious food, beautiful ambiance! Keep it up!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the entire staff at The Royalton. You all are truly amazing, especially Mario & Tony, (I forgot the gentlemen's name that was there for the entire night helping, I hope its Tony, that night was a complete blurr) You guys exceeded my expectations, and like I said being an event coordinator I am the hardest person to please and you really accomplished that on all levels. I am extremely happy the way everything turned out, from the food, to the service and your staff, I did not get one bad comment from any of my guests. The hall looked absolutely stunning, I have no other words to say but thank you so much. It was the most important day of my life, and you really made it spectacular. My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement party on March 20 2015 and we couldn't have been more happy with every thing. We worked directly with Diamond through the whole process and she couldn't have been more helpful. Anything I needed or any questions I had she was right by me to help. Angelo, who was with us the day of the event was amazing. Always asking if everything was okay and attending to not only myself but all my guests as well. The staff service was amazing, everyone was so sweet and helpful. The food was absolutely AMAZING, but I didn't expect anything less. Definitely recommend the Royalton to anyone who is looking for an event space!

We celebrated a special birthday at the Royalton last week. the entire experience was truly a happy one.
the food at the Royalton is excellent. Good taste, wonderful presentation, fresh and authentic. My dealings with the staff were amazing, friendly, organized, professional, most important everyone new what to do to make things right.
I definitely would recommend this venue to my family and friends and would return for my next function.

We had our wedding reception hosted at The Royalton Banquet and Convention Centre this April. The staff was exceptionally freindly and helpful throughout the entire planning of the day; they were available to answer to all our questions and concerns. Our wedding day was made spacial by the entire team at Royalton. We would highly recommend this venue who wants to have there day made exceptional and memorable.

We just recently hosted a 50th birthday party for my husband at the Royalton and were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism demonstrated by all the staff. The meal as fantastic and our guest went home with nothing but positive feedback. I would definitely recommend this venue to all of my friends and family. It is a beautiful venue and the staff is willing to accommodate with all of your special requests.
