I was having an issue with my toilet, so I called Power Jet based on a recommendation from my condo building management office. I had to leave 2 voicemails before I heard back and I set up an appointment for a few days later. The guy showed up and fixed my toilet, which involved changing the valve in approx 10 mins. I was told over the phone the part would cost approx $18, so imagine my surprise when I was told the total of $182. I know labour can be expensive, so I paid it without question. I requested a receipt, but was told that he couldn't issue me one right away and to write my e-mail address on the cheque and it would be sent to me via e-mail within 2 days. Here we are a month later. I have followed up via phone calls and e-mail every couple of days and they are completely ignoring me. I don't own my condo, so I can't get reimbursed by my landlord until I get this receipt. Really unprofessional service. I do not recommend using this company.

The invoice was never sent to my e-mail within 4 days of service. You said you were "working on it" weeks later and then continued to ignore my e-mails until today, over a month after the service was provided. And no, of course I never thought it would cost $18 for a plumber.

Hi there,
The invoice had been sent to your email within 4 days of completion of service. It was recently re-sent again to your condo mgmt at Carlton, as well as to your email again a few days ago.

I can't possibly believe you thought our service to come out and repair your toilet would be $18. Thats quite un-realistic. I was, and always am, quite clear that our minimum rate is a 2/hour minimum + materials - to which your total amounted.

We do appreciate your business and if there is anything further I can do, please reach out to me at info@powerjetplumbing.com

My two year old son decided put some of his toys in the toilet and see if they swim. Unfortunately, they didn't and I had to call a plumber. Since we live in a bungalow we needed a plumber immediately as it was our only toilet. I called around and Power Jet's price was so much cheaper than everyone else's. They came within the hour of me calling (it was at about 6 in the evening), and did an amazing job! The plumber got the toys out within minutes and we were still left with our toilet (most people said they would have to break it to get the toys out, not to mention the fact that no one wanted to come until the next day at every other company!) They were great. I would definately call them again!
