Called 3 times to get refund, every time customer service is trying to prove that I am wrong and lying.
Still have no refund, requested manager to call no response yet. Very strange way of doing business.
July 5th machines went down when laundry done half way, had to take out unfinished clothes from washer and had to dry to take it home, because all the machines went down.
Called on 5th July and got promised to get refund. Call again after 3 days got promised to get it on Tuesday. Suddenly called from your customer service very rude customer service lady, trying to prove that I am lying. Asked for manager but answered very rudely.
