Yoga is now acknowledged as the purest form of meditational exercise, creating a blank canvas for the mind to become calm and focused. We offer Sattva Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and pre-natal yoga, all of which use a combination of movement and posture synchronized with the breath. Flexibility, stamina and complete relaxation are developed as are balance and concentration.
