We had purchased a ductless A/C unit a year ago and it is now dripping water in to the house. We called them to come and look at the problem and we did not get a call back. We then called agian a week later and again no call back. We called 2 times a day for 2 weeks and still no call back from the tech. The customer service rep said there is nothing she can do if the tech does not call back and to just keep calling. She also said there is no one we can talk to, to file a complant. We are now stuck with an A/C unit that does not work properly and is under waranty whitch the company that sold it to us will not return our phone calls to come and fix it.
