My family and I had my dad's Retirement party at Crystal Grand Banquet Hall yesterday.... The hall was beautiful food was very good. Karen and his staff made the day!!!! The service was excellent.

We've been to Crystal Grand many times for different occasions however this time around we were fortunate enough to plan our engagement celebration in the newly renovated hall. We had a total of 80 guests and this smaller hall was perfect for us. The brand new space, the chandeliers, mouldings on the wall and overall design has a clean and modern feel to it that is just beautiful! Our night was beyond what we had imagined thanks to Grisha and Karen and the whole staff at Crystal Grand. They paid attention to detail, met each and every one of our needs when planning the event and on the day of. The food was amazing and we were able to adjust our menu without any hesitation. Thank you to Crystal Grand for making our night unforgettable!

We would like to say thank you to the team in Crystal Grand who made our daughter baptism celebration last week very special and unforgettable. Staff was professional, food delicious, all our requests were considered, and even little issues that we had at the beginning of the party were solved with smile. Thank you again for your professionalism. Now we know where we are going to celebrate our next important event. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing. Karen and his team did a wonderful job hosting our wedding in September. As a family-run business, we felt that they put in great care and effort to make our day was happy and memorable. As they provided the food, servers, venue, and decor, it saved us a lot of stress from having to find individual vendors.
The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and private - so you don't have to worry about other events overlapping. They also do the catering in-house, so the quality of food and service were top notch as well.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Crystal Grand Banquet Hall - Karen and his team will take great care of you and make sure that you're happy and have a great event!

I required the use of a banquet facility for a function to honour our local parish priest. I contacted Crystal Grand, in addition to several others in the area. I was very impressed with the banquet manager, Kieren. He was very accommodating and I was impressed with the hall. It looked very modern, stylish and clean. And the price quoted was very reasonable so I decided to book our event at Crystal Grand.
We had our function and it was excellent. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. We had hors doevres served first and then soup, pasta and chicken with vegetable. We then had dessert in addition to tea, coffee and pop. Everyone raved about the quality and presentation of food
All the guests were very impressed with this banquet hall; the food, the service and the facility.
I would highly recommend Crystal Grand if you are in need of a banquet hall for any occasion.

I'v been at Crystal Grand so many times and the service at this restaurant is Excellent.The food are amazing and the atmosphere give you the opportunity to relax .The waitresses are polite and cooperative.The price are reasonable.I recommend this restaurant.

We had a wonderful wedding celebration on August 7, 2015. 4 months after the event, people are still raving about how delicious the food and desserts were, and I was told by our guests that the waiters were very friendly. The banquet hall is elegant and spacious, it was beautifully decorated with our colour choices, and there was plenty of space on the dancefloor for everyone to have a good time. Best of all, it is only one hall and there are no partitions or sharing with other parties. We still come back here for various events and celebrations and the food is always top notch, this is what sets them apart from other banquet halls which all serve the same menu. Crystal Grand is an excellent and reasonably priced banquet hall and we highly recommend it for weddings and other celebrations.

5 stars are not enough to rate this venue! The banquet hall is elegant on it's own. Add linens, lighting, personal decorative items and the result is spectacular. My daughter's theme was enchanted forest with full sized trees surrounded by tables. Karen and his staff had surpassed our expectations. Our guests commented on the excellent food, the outstanding service, and the decor. Professional, courteous, very accommodating, personal service, to give you exactly what you want for your special event , is what you get at the Crystal Grand!

Crystal Grand is really an amazing venue for any occasion. I had my daughter's 18th birthday (debutante ball) and we got more than we had expected from a banquet hall. All our guest are awed for its manificence, the food and the grand ambiance of the place. Combined with the friendly and the cooperative staff, you get best experience for your occasion.
I can never thank enough Karen, the manager, for accommodating all our needs and concerns. We welcomed his suggestions because he really know his trade. Also thanks to George.

My partner and I were married August 2013. From the beginning the owner (George) and manager (Karen) demonstrated commitment to ensuring our day was beautiful and that it ran as smoothly as possible!
Both were flexible and accommodating (with the decor, entertainment, food, and logistics of putting everything together). What made the difference, however, was their warm and welcoming demeanor, and the effort they made to go above and beyond where they could!
On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect. The venue was beautiful and the food was great. George and Karen were there for the celebration, and even checked in with us to offer further support. It was a very relaxed and fun atmosphere, and all of our guests enjoyed themselves!

When my mother celebrated her 80th birthday in June, we had specific instruction to find a place with a big dance floor area so that our guests of mostly "seniors" can ballroom and line dance. Found it at the Crystal Grand +++. . Food was great, service exceptional. We all had a blast. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Karen.

The hall is beautiful and spacious and the food is amazing! Our guests were very pleased with our Menu of the evening and we received many compliments! I got married in August at Crystal Grand and it was a great time. Food was awesome and they catered to us when we needed to tweak the menu to our crowd. The hall was beautiful and the service was great. Working with Karen throughout the whole planning process was great, he is very easy to talk with and they are all willing to work with you to make your night great. I will definatley recommend Crystal Grand Banquet to others.

I had my wedding reception at Crystal Grand in July 2010. Many of our guests told us that the food was the best food they ever had at a wedding reception. The staff is very pleasant, and the management was very accommodating to our requests and very easy to work with. The hall is very elegant and spacious inside. I highly recommend Crystal Grand.
