People should research this company before donating, there are many concerns about the orphanage in Burundi including misconduct and sexual abuse. Sounds much like a for profit venture similar to Value Village that claims to support charities while only giving very little. There are far more reputable companies out there to donate to such as Salvation Army or Goodwill
