Goslyn Grease Traps / Interceptors. The grease recovery device that eliminates servicing. The Goslyn separates the restaurant grease from the waste water. Restaurant grease does not go down the drain and into the sewer. You will never pay for grease trap pumping, grease trap cleaning, or drain snaking ever again. Goslyn is made of stainless steel and will never leak. Your commercial kitchen will remain odour free. The grease (yellow grease) collected by the Goslyn Grease Trap can be recycled with your waste vegetable oil (WVO). Brown grease does not occur with a Goslyn. Green and Environmental, the Goslyn bi-products are all recyclable.
No more need for expensive chemicals or enzymes. The Goslyn has no moving parts and does not use consumables.
