Wenna Zhang is a graduate of the University of Alberta. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition in 2007. She has been working for a clinic for 2 years as a inner city youth nutrition consultant during her undergraduate study. After completion of her degree, she became a private consultant specializing in people who struggle with cardiovascular problems. She is also actively involved in the promoting healthy eating in the local community.
Wenna’s passion for consulting people with cardiovascular problem came from her family history. Several of her family members were diagnosed with cardiovascular disease and kidney disease. She has been using her knowledge and continues to research more updated scientific evidence to help her family members and her clients to fight against the conditions. During her 4 years study, she has read many academic reaserach papers about heart disease prevention and treatment. Wenna is a very loving, caring individual who always does her best to help her clients.
