I personally had no issues with this company, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good contractor. I suspect Lola is stretching the truth.

My concrete job was so bad and they were unwilling to fix it properly so my only recourse was to take them to small claims court. I WON!! I am now in the process of trying to collect the damages that are owed to me to fix the horrendous concrete patio that was done by Finishing Touch Leisure. Of course they haven't bothered to respond - shocker! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - they don't care about quality or the customer. And, if anyone tries to refute these claims I would be happy to post the pictures and the paperwork to prove it.

Thank you Finishing Touch Leisure for the super pool project that you just completed. The wee one, and not so wee one have enjoyed splashing around in this heat wave! Myself, I am in love with the stamped concrete and Andrew is so happy we went with the black concrete border, thanks to your suggestion. See you in fall when you close our pool.

I hired Finishing Touch Leisure (who built my pool) to open it for the 6th year in a row. I am extremely impressed with Bernard Boileau's professionalism and knowledge of swimming pools. I am uncertain as to why people try to damage companies on the internet, but perhaps they should look at themselves before attempting to ruin a company's reputation. I would lay a wager that these unsatisfied "customers" were terrible to deal with in the first place, and horrible to satisfy with anything. What has been written is that person's point of view, and as a Lawyer, there are legal implications to what is in print. I have advised Bernard to seek legal damages for Professional Defamation of Character. This slander is unreasonable and I would take it with a grain of salt. I am only reposting my response to EASTVIEW so that I can add a rating.

Our stamped concrete patio was done during the summer of 2011 (or was supposed to be done in August) and was not finished until November 2011 - hence no final sealer was applied and the finish has since peeled off. He tried to put a band aid on it by putting more "coloured" sealer over top (a.k.a. release powder mixed in with sealer) and applied it during the hottest part of the day and all it did was bubble and peel off. He also spilled it everywhere, hence the splatter marks. I have never experienced such poor workmanship, unreliability, a lack of professionalism and communication. There are so many issues with the concrete that we now have to have it ripped out and replaced. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have photos and phone records to back up my complaint and would be happy to share them with anyone who wants to see them. I would be happy to have them call me to resolve my issue but since he stopped taking our calls and stopped showing up to fix the problems, I doubt we will hear from him. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to see what happens.

There are four glowing reviews of this business. I'm willing to bet they are all phoney.
This guy was a nightmare. Undependable, unreliable, a liar, and to top it all off, terrible workmanship.
Hire this company at your own peril.

All I can say is WOW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINISHING TOUCH LEISURE. BEST prices and workmanship! They did my pool, stamped concrete, shed and fence. This is my second pool install in my life and this has gone WAY BETTER than my first one. The professionalism of this crew was AMAZING!!!! I am just so happy with my pool and this company! I would use them again and again and again!

Had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The work was done on time, they cleaned up after themselves. I wish I could post the before & after photos as I could not be happier with the completed project. I found the rates reasonable & the warranty better than other quotes I received.

This was a long process for us to buy a pool and Finishing Touch Leisure was the most imformative and professional company to deal with. They were on time with my pool project and they were the only company that had enough integrity not to discredit the competition. The pricing was the best, and I could not have asked for a more beautiful finished project.
