Modern Karibou

The telephone receptionist was very polite and efficient,and answered questions readily. Her telephone responses and email clarifications were positive.
We are not impressed,however,with the quality of the first rug- damaged,poorly packed,took weeks for the freight company Modern Karibou used to pick it up and from which they ordered the rug.We had to repackage the rug to send it back.
The replacement rug from their supply company was not nearly as rich or plush a quality,nor were the colours as rich. We have kept it because we are tired of the hassle and wondered what we would get if we returned it.
Not a great experience for first time shopping on the internet.
Thank God we had pictures to prove our concerns.

Finally a Canadian site with great contemporary design products. And free shipping too! I got my order very quickly and loved the friendly service. I just wish I'd discovered it when I was furnishing my new house last year.
