Ice Guys

I ordered 3 ice bowls which would be used for punch. Paid cash upon arrival. When the ice bowls were filled with the punch each had significant air bubble holes in them and the punch slowly poured out in a steady stream. Immediately contact Tony at Ice Guys to ask for his help. He instructed me to put a glass bowl inside the ice sculpture and pour the punch into that. His reasoning is that the ice sculpture is decorative and that using it to serve the punch out of is not recommended...that was news to me. So basically my tough luck that I decided to use this company to purchase ice sculptures from. Beware beforing using Ice Guys for any of your ice needs. The 3 ice bowls I received were defective and the only "help" I received from the company was to say that it was my problem. Very poor customer service and very low quality ice.
