We purchase a head board and frame from nine clouds just over a week ago. We had wanted to have it the same day, but were told that they would have to order one and it would take one week for them to order and receive it. After waiting for a week, the delivery truck showed up with the floor model. We paid full price and waited a week and they delivered a scratched floor model! They didn’t even warn us, I think they thought they could slip it past us.

Nine Clouds is a family run business founded in 2007 by Bill Laidlaw, an industry veteran with over two decades experience.
